Richard "Reggie" Monroe, convicted for drug related crimes and linked to a shoot out that caused a high amount of casualties. Monroe was found in a drugstore helping someone with a prescription before his arrest. He was charged for being a known drug lord who goes by the name of Burt Kingsley. Burt paid off lawyers to make Richard look guilty in which he was sentence to death row. whilst in the Max security prison he was constantly pleading that he wasn't this man and he was falsely imprisoned. "Reggie" was taken to site-65 not shortly after. He spent the next few month taking part in relatively safe tests, watching people as they lead d-block and not return. As a D-class he did multiple work programs in order for the GSD to trust him enough. the only thing that kept him from going insane was his faith in god. On the 11/09 Reggie was able to plead his case to ethics member Jack "Cader". With aid from SCP-079 (Played by Niox) they where able to find the evidence to prove that Reggie was the innocent man he was claiming to be. Instead of being Class-Ed and being left on surface they hired him to the medical department where he would have spent the brunt of his new foundation career.
As a Combat Medic, Reggie's first breach would be dealing with a fellow Christian within the Foundation walls. SCP-7722 broke the blast doors to secondary checkpoint and Reggie believe he would be able to send the knight back by proclaiming his faith. What he had learnt was faith doesn't get you very far in this world and lost his right arm. As a somewhat aid he would adapt to his brutal surroundings and killed those who deserve it and help those that he can. Reggie soon caught wind of the MTF group know as Alpha-1 through the interest forms and decided to try his best to join them. after a few weeks of waiting his moment came and he jumped at his opportunity. Now as "Wicker Man" Reggie shows no mercy to those in his line of fire, Mourns those he lost in private and remains loyal to the foundation with every breath in his body.
