What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have Jr CL4 experience, hence I am already knowledgeable about some of the CL4 duties, that we operate by. I try to be active when possible, but uni takes priority for me. Helps, that it is summer at the moment. I am mature, serious (depending on situation). I react to changes quick, which I hopefully displayed during my tenure as a E-11 LT, would need to ask them. If there are questions regarding my performance, I recommend contacting the current REGCOM of E-11 for details.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
As assistants to the O5 Council, their main responsibility is to act as an extension of O5 Council. One of the main duties as an assistant would be executing the orders of O5 Council, whatever they require. They also act as their personal intelligence gatherer, be it overseeing certain departments or reporting violations of the Foundation Legal Codex. Essentially to serve the interests of the Council.
As assistants, they are the ones that are responsible for arranging meetings or process requests for meetings with departments or groups of interest. This also involves the creation of RP with departments or groups of interest, be it through ongoing situations or a creative idea to bring to life.
Besides the duties surrounding the serving of O5 Council, assistants are required to help with the operations of the site. For example, assistants have the authority to authorize the use of Advanced Armory (if there is no Site Administration on site at the moment), if containment breach circumstances have the possibility of turning to worse, leading to either a Code Black or even the detonation of the on-site warhead.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to experience the position of assistant. RP wise, it would potentially seem interesting to maybe do some shady business to continue furthering the influence of the Council, but that I won't know, unless I am to become an assistant. I attempted to achieve the position of OSA in 2024, but unfortunately failed to garner said position due to "questions regarding professionalism". Honestly, don't know what it would be pointing at, but I didn't push. Now I am back again and have managed to climb to the position of E-11 LT, my first CL4 position. I am applying again, because I am still interested in OSA.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION:
Subject Hench, male, age 32, measured at approximately 183 cm (6’0’’) in height, weighing 100 kg (220 lb) approximately. The subject presents with a broad frame and a stocky body habitus. Musculature is evenly distributed along the shoulders, chest and torso section. Examination notes an upright posture with normal gait. Facial inspection shows the presence of a healed scar inferior to the left eye. HISTORY PRIOR AND DURING ACTIVE FOUNDATION SERVICE:
Aaron Hench was born in Estonia on 02/08/██. He was born into a lower middle-class family. His father was an entrepreneur, while his mother was an accountant. Aaron Hench also has a brother, Toomas Hench. Hench has a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering. Hench completed his mandatory national service with the Estonian Air Force within the Air Surveillance Wing.
Prior to the Foundation becoming interested in Hench, what led to the eventual recruitment was a situation of wrong place at the wrong time for his parents. When his parents were out of the country, they encountered SCP-323 in Canada. The parents were pronounced dead on the scene. A cover story was deployed, but Hench seemed to not have been happy with the story. Hench moved into the Saskatchewan region to conduct his own investigation. His tenacity to uncover the truth caught the attention of the Foundation. The Foundation's examination of Hench's performance and potential consequences for Hench, led for the recruitment into the Foundation ranks. Over time, Hench managed to climb from GSD to E-11, eventually becoming part of the CO Team. Hench resigned from his position in E-11 due to unknown circumstances and requested to be transferred back to GSD as an SCU.
