Hello Ace today I will be leaving - support
Pros.
. Application is an improvment to your previous.
. Good lore
. Good understanding of chiefs duties.
. Good structure and layout of application
Cons.
. Still little Mingey when interacting with you.
. Resigned a lot forward and back from GSD Captain( note also minged on the job)
. Mainly active on none foundation jobs
. Not ready for this responsibility.
. Need to work to actively improve on your own behavior
I beelive if you stay in a role and keep that role and also stop to minge and show us that u can act productively and professionally then u eventually will be ready to gain a department leader position.
However I wish u good luck with the second application.

Still a consistent minge, assuming GENSEC is in a 'poor state' like you claim, I wouldn't think you would be suitable to be a Chief, especially considering you are not currently a Captain. Whilst yes, you play a lot of GENSEC, you aren't working behind-the-scenes like the current Captains to know what needs improving on an internal level.

For the minging, I cannot deny that whilst I was a CPT I did have a really big tendency to minge. However, the past days that I am on GENSEC I have tried to uphold my responsibilities and put the FLC before anything I do. Something I will note is that although I am not currently a Captain, I do have nearly 7-8 months on Captain. I cannot 100% for certain know the issues that the Chiefs/Captains are talking about; however this is my perspective on the current issues and the ways to solve them. Before replying to my application I urge you to check on how I am on GENSEC and potentially see the improvements I have made on my character and myself.

Ace has been leading sweeps with me, escorting tests and has been a good officer. He's been helping me with D Block the past week or so and is incredibly passionate for Chief. After reading the application and having talked to him, i noticed how aware he is of the issues we are currently fixing. I think he is quite suitable for chief and he has abandoned his ways of minging which makes him ready to become a responsible chief.

You are incredibly hard to work with as a GM, you delete messages, change your stories often to make people look strange (deleted message history exists, same for edit)
Then, I am yet to see a singular event to this date from you that you haven't attempted to take over, or just not take the piss with. Or when you post in support of mingey players for staff ranks, and either edit or delete your comments there. You're an immature child, and it is absolutely bewildering to me that you got promoted to GM considering the complaints that were lodged on you.
Then to the minging, my god. You need to earn back your captain, show consistency for a month or two, then try again. Considering this application would be abysmal to the already dying state of RP on the server (which nowadays is virtually non-existent).
Yourself having more power would be a detriment to server health. Sort your shit out, try in a while. I implore you to withdraw your application.
