Experience
With a hefty amount of experience stemming from my involvement within the ISD, I've had the chance to deal with a large variety of situations, specifically arrests, investigations and a couple of tribunals.
Personality
I'm very approachable. Whilst other assistants I've seen tend to remain working in the shadows and respond only when necessary, people see me as a kind of mediator between other departments through my active efforts for good relations.
Interest into the role
I've spent a lot of time around Ethics Members, Assistants and have gained invaluable insight into the role, its responsibilities and the roleplay it can create, the possibilities are endless.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
- Authorising of AA
As a Jr. CL4 position, ECA's can allow the use of AA if there is no SA+ on site at the time.
- Tribunals
ECA's can act as judges in tribunals, usually requested by an Ethics Member or taken by the assistant themselves. They deal with the pre-trial motions, objections during the tribunal and getting the final verdict if no jury are assigned to the case.
- Assistants to the Ethics Committee itself
Assistants are to assist any Ethics Members on site, Whether it be taking notes during a meeting, setting up meetings with POI's, assisting Ethics in upholding the FLC.
- Documentation
This refers to signing documents that require prior approval, such as Cross Tests IF no SA+ are available, creating documents for the Ethics Committee when necessary.
- Foundation Legal Codex**
Ethics Assistants are to ensure FLC is followed by every member of the foundation.
- Liasion/Middle ground to the Ethics Committee
With ECA's being the primary people in charge of representing the Committee on a day to day basis, issues they've found can be brought up to the EC if they find that there are situations where a policy needs to be put in place to ensure the mission statement is met.
