Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
With a strive toward reaching new ranks, Inspector has been a role I’ve dreamt of achieving when I first began. The ability to lead a division and assist in actively shaping the division has motivated me to apply for this.
With another source of motivation coming from superiors, all of whom have shown incredible leadership within their roles, being great teachers and people I can reach out to.
As well, Inspector is a leading role that allows me to dedicate more time toward helping/teaching more junior clearance ISD members.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
With a natural ability to delegate and lead situations, Inspector would be no different to my current role of investigator, just with increased amount of responsibilities, all of which I can handle due to my ability of easily fitting into every role assigned.
I don't let obstacles stop me from trying to get to the end anything, whether it's coordinating a team or completing tasks, I stay focused until the completion of the task.
I bring balance between compassion and punishment, not always pursuing action but if minor FLC infraction was witnessed, I would tell them off and advise them on ways to learn from it.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- A person with excellent leadership qualities. This means ensuring the situations go according to FLC and leads to proper and positive conclusions.
- Aware of the possible FLC and Policy violations, being able to act on the spur of the moment and ensuring the situation is dealt with properly.
- Ability to train/mentor/assist fellow members of ISD, whether it be a professional opinion, 2nd voice or taking over an arrest if they witness something isn’t right.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have currently only written a dozen or so documents, the majority being arrest reports, investigations and citations.
The key characteristics of a good quality document requires:
- Clear and concise notes/points
- Correct spelling and grammar
- Amount of effort put in
Nobody is going to enjoy a document written poorly.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Inspector+ is a JR. Cl4 position that:
- Leads the ISD as a whole whilst on site
- Deals with complaints against Agents reported by foundation personnel
- Training/mentoring new Agents
- Enforcing/Answering questions regarding FLC
- Working with SAF to ensure operational excellence
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I feel confident in my ability to lead the ISD and to able to assist the newer agents/operatives into becoming fully fledged investigators.
With me having dealt with a great amount of arrests, investigations, I have a great amount of knowledge regarding the policies and the FLC niche’s.
