How long have you been a Senior Agent for?

Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I am applying for Special Agent as I am getting my foot in the door of diplomacy and more serious roleplay. I wish to create more RP for others including cross-department RP. I want to contribute more to the department and make more use of my activity through inductions/trainings and creation of operations. I will be focusing on DEA for the first few weeks and then when comfortable expand into RP involving more than DEA.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
Activity
I am often on site and trying to create or partake in RP. When I cannot I gloss over agreements or news regarding relations to try and get a understanding for where we stand with our GOI's and what site administration wants from us.
Diplomacy
I try when possible to be the one who stands in the middle of foundation and GOI's to form agreements and treaties. I believe this is one of the key components of DEA leadership and aspire to continue it upon becoming a special agent.
Roleplay
I have not a lot of experience in Roleplay focused positions however I will be focusing my time in DEA on roleplay with the occasional combat when needed. I am actively trying to get involved when possible in GM events and storylines. I try to partake in or create player led events within my limits and often request GM enhancement for them which makes it all a little more fun.
Leadership
I cannot do much as a senior agent but I often try to involve other non-CL4 personnel in events and roleplay when possible some are more combat inclined in DEA so those usually prefer not to partake but I try to create an opportunity for people to invest themselves in the RP and contribute to it, I aim as much as I can to abolish the concept of CL4 hogged events (as long as the event isnt intended for CL4 of course)
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I believe three. I have not written much unless requested in roleplay. The document I get my pride from the neosarkicism document which took around 6 hours to form and lead me to interview ethics, F3, GOC to eventually compile all of it into 1 document.
I believe a good document is one that is not bloated or fluffed with unnecessary information, one with a good table of contents so the reader can quickly navigate to the content of interest, a document that is not a running text but instead labelled and paragraphed accordingly and when needed uses images.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
They should involve their department in events and maybe create some for them, such as researching GOI's and capturing POI's. I believe they should maintain relations with other departments and have DEA aid them when possible such as ISD x DEA investigations. They should be easy going and not too difficult to approach so newcomers into the department can feel comfortable asking them for help and learning from them.
They should be first responders to Code 1's and insuring the rest of DEA are doing so as well within reason, they should be aiding and monitoring Code 5's for the situations that require QRF. They should make sure contact between F and GOI's is limited to authorized personnel, preventing infoleaks from reaching surface and cooperating with other departments especially Nu-7 to conduct operations on surface.

Background:
Albert was raised in a calm village, mostly worked with lumber and soil often contributing to his fathers farm.
Albert enjoys the quiet, the peace and tranquility. That however was disturbed during a breach at Site-██ when SCP-███ made it to the surface. Due to the fact that Albert spent some of his time looking at conspiracy theories he wasn't shocked, after containment he put on a gas mask and avoided area wide amnestication, he walked up to an operative a few days later and self-reported, he told him what he saw and explained that he wasn't scared and he was tired with the village life. Surprisingly the operative did not detain and amnesticate, instead he brought Albert in and interviewed him. Later on joining General Security, Albert's loyalty grew. One day wishing he was back on surface he submitted a reassignment request to Site-65's Department of External Affairs.
Albert now operates as a Senior DEA Agent and lives his life quietly. He enjoys diplomacy more than warfare but is ready to pick up his gun and do what must be done when the insurgency gets bold.

OOC Notes about Albert:
In contrary to previous character Bruno which was displeasing to a majority of seniors, the behaviour and attitude of Albert is more aimed towards a sunshine character. I do looking back on my RP with Bruno realized that although the tone sought after was rude/sparky he was more of a piece of shit than a attitudey character, I realized therefore that my ability to RP a character with "attitude" is poor and have since shifted to a more neutral/positive outgoing personality for this character. I hope it plays out well.
OOC notes in general:
I really do hope i can be given a chance as SPA, I think I can contribute a fair bit and with how helpful the DEA leadership has been whether through feedback or personal missions/orders I know deep down I will not disappoint. Thank you for taking the time to read!
