How many hours can you be on everyday
An hour or so everyday, sometimes more.

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community
No.

Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice
I do not.

Event Ideas
RP Enhancement: MTF / Foundation Department
[LIKE CLOCKWORK...]

A Junior Researcher attempts to put chemicals through SCP-914 to see what happens. I, as a Gamemaster, see this happening and think to myself: "Oh, shit, chemicals don't have interactions in SCP-914, this poor Junior is gonna get disappointed!", so I decide to do some Gamemaster magic on his test to make it more interesting.

He puts Potent Duloxetine in on Very Fine and I make it output a GMObjective of a "deep blue liquid" that, when pressed on, makes you incredibly fast but makes you die of a heart attack.
He puts Water in on Fine and I make it output "Premium Water" which gives a "Refreshing!" message.
He puts Chlorine in on Coarse and I toss a tear gas grenade (to emulate Chlorine Gas being created).
I would keep thinking of fun outputs for the chemicals he puts in until I run out of ideas, or he dies (probably).

RP Enhancement: Non-Foundation Group
[SICK RIDE, BRO]

Inspired by some roleplay of mine recently. A civvie wants to set up a car garage somewhere in Pinewood, so I supply him with upgrades and stuff so he can sell them / run maintenance. I saw Auburn putting upgrades on his car today so that gave me the idea for this RP enhancement. Small effort on my part but would get people very interested in his business, and I could even act as a "Parts Dealer" that delivers crates of parts to him.

Event: United Nations Global Occult Coalition
[PROTOCOL ONE: EAT GAME SLEEP REPEAT]

A large-scale, nothingburger murder monster anomaly appears a few klicks west of Pinewood. GOC deploy there with an O-Suit to take care of it. Just as the O-Suit is about to secure the kill, a... ridiculous-looking mech suit slightly taller than the O-Suit drops in from the sky and crushes the monster's skull. The two suits are now in a stand-off...

The O-Suit uses its advanced analysis AI system to find out what the mech suit is: the person piloting it has a "Gamers Against Weed" badge on their chest, a "TITANFALL 2"-styled helmet, and a live-stream open on their HUD streaming to their friends. He seems to be laughing his ass off before saying "Yo, yo, watch this: AssKicker, go kick that guy's ass!". The mechsuit dashes for the O-Suit, and an epic battle begins.

Eventually, the GAW member loses the fight due to cockiness and is found in the cockpit of his mechsuit saying "Worth it."

The GOC now has a hold of a GAW member who managed to make a mechsuit on par with the O-Suit. It is up to them to decide what to do with this information.

For organising this, I would get a mechsuit rig from the workshop (likely just a Titanfall 2 model) with animations, give it some guns and get a GM or 2 to help with things like missiles being fired (HL2 RPG's fired from the back of the GAW mech aimed straight up, then aimed at the O-Suit), the fighting arena being changed by things like either of the mechsuits hurling stuff at eachother, etc.

Event: Chaos Insurgency
[LOVE AND WAR]
During preparations for a Main Raid, the Sierra-7 cell in Pinewood hears a knock on its blast doors. An unsuspecting British voice can be heard through the small imperfections in the blast door, and a member of the Chaos Insurgency opens.

The Sierra-7 cell opens its door to find a battalion of American Civil War British troops with muskets right outside of its doors. The pretentious commander at the front says goodbye to the Insurgents infront of him before opening fire.

Once the smoke clears, the British realise their reload takes a bit longer than the Insurgency's, and so they surrender. The Chaos Insurgency now has to find out why the hell a Civil War-era British battalion landed on their doorstep and maybe, with enough convincing, get them to help in their fight against the Foundation.

This event was a hard one to think of for me, mostly because the Chaos Insurgency isn't known for their roleplay potential (something I hope to change).
I wanted to give them an event which had a combat element + a (possible) combat outcome, with roleplay in the middle. I had a lot of trouble thinking of ways to make this roleplay-friendly, so I'd love advice/feedback.
From a GM standpoint, this would be fairly easy to organise I reckon. Get a GM to be the Commander, and get a few players to volunteer to be the troops alongside the Commander, and boom, you have a battalion. Give 'em all muskets (or mosins or whatever else cool rifle the server has) and you're set.

Event: S.C.P. Foundation
[ET TU, BRUTE?]
It's a quiet day on Site-65 with a few small breaches here and there, nothing interesting. A junior researcher takes a bit too close of a look at the no-access door of the Research Hall and notices a small figure scurrying around in the area. He manages to crack the door open and let the anomaly into the Research Hall. Unfortunately, it latches onto him...

The anomaly embeds itself into the researcher's skin and takes control over his body. He can control his speech, but his body is in control of the anomaly, and it is out for blood.

The anomaly makes him go to the cafeteria, retrieve a knife, and kill his best friend in the Research Wing. ISD is made aware and attempt to arrest him; the anomaly makes him take a hostage and he gets shot.

The anomaly escapes his body and latches onto another host. The cycle repeats and ISD/E11 pick up on a pattern of personnel going crazy and yelling the opposite of what they're doing. Is something affecting these personnel? What's going on?

If the anomaly is eventually caught somehow, medical could study it (and maybe Floor 3 could make them study it to see if there's a way they can control a person).

From a GM standpoint, I see 2 ways this could be done: the SCP-035 swep (though very janky) could be nice, or with messages at the top of one's screen + a red overlay or something like that, though the second one relies on the player playing along.
I think this could give ISD, E-11, Medical and RSD some very interesting roleplay if done right.

Major Event
[MOTHER OF ME]

One day, a citizen comes up to the front gate of the GOC FOB requesting medical attention. GOC Operatives ask him what is going on and, before he can answer, he burts open in a red mist. The GOC Operatives train their weapons at where the man stood. The mist dissipates, revealing a deformed red human with an elongated mouth. The red human scurries away but is caught by the GOC members chasing after it.

Doing some research on it, the GOC members can discover that the little bugger is calling out to... "mom"?
At the same time, a PDF loyalist bangs on their blast door with the same symptoms and fate; yet another bugger explodes out of him.

A member of the Department of External Affairs finds a citizen in a stall in the PW Bathrooms with a fever, bloated stomach and pained breath. While helping him get up to walk to medbay, he too bursts, revealing a bugger.

GOC-F and GOC-CI comms lines are blowing up with mentions of these "buggers". A few more appear over the course of an hour or two, and nobody knows where they're coming from.

The local weather station located on Parawatch Hill reports an earthquake in the area. All of Pinewood braces for it and after it ends, the weather station fails to report in. GOC/CI/F go to check it out and find a sinkhole in the house alongside a few mounds scattered around Parawatch Hill. A few buggers run out of the sinkhole, noticably larger and more muscular, and start attacking whoever first found them.

A hole also opens up above the Core Sector bridge and in HCZ Atrium, and a few stray buggers pop out of the holes.

Exploration efforts into the caverns reveal dark tunnels filled with screams, yells, moans and cries from the civilian populace. A corpse can be found at each entrance with a bloody note; "IT SEES, IT HEARS, IT HATES". The wise Nu-7 Private who decides to turn his flashlight on sees a black figure run towards him at breakneck speeds, and his squadron never sees him again. Okay, it seems the caverns don't like light. The team has to continue exploring only using a weak lantern found at the explorer's corpse.

Exploring deep into the cavern (and killing enough buggers who keep appearing out of goddamn nowhere) brings the CI, GOC and Foundation exploration teams up close and personal with eachother. Whether they team up or kill eachother is their choice.

After approximately 30 minutes of wandering around trying to find something, all three teams hear the groaning getting louder. They reach a large open area with a hybernating monster. It awakens once some idiot accidentally walks on a bugger's egg and announces its presence; the Alpha Mother. It lets out a screech and a dozen buggers crawl into the area through holes in the walls.

The three teams have to kill the buggers before confronting the Alpha Mother. During the fighting, she got a few of her buggers to infiltrate the GOC, CI and F bases and kidnap the highest-ranking person from all three GOI's. The three teams have to choose; one of the three has to be turned into an incubator for a bugger while the other two may live.

After this exchange, the Alpha Mother retreats further into her cavern and causes a cave-in. The teams have to escape before the soil above them crushes them.

The Alpha Mother will return someday...

As a GM, this would honestly be a nightmare to run. I hope there's a function in GMObjectives that lets you make someone emit an effect then change to a custom model (to simulate them blowing up and becoming a bugger) that would make this 10x easier.
The Alpha Mother would just be any good large model for a monster. I was thinking something in the direction of the Broodmother from ARK: Survival Evolved.
The caverns would be a dupe of a hell of a lot of concrete pipes, rubble, blood, etc. I want them to look something like the icky sections from ALIEN: ISOLATION.
Organisation-wise, a few GM's would have to help out with this. One to play the Alpha Broodmother, of course, one each to play the first three buggers (CI, GOC, F), and one to play the weather channel. Alongside this, GMObjectives could be found in the caverns to increase the immersion and the Alpha Broodmother could drop something like a scale or egg for CI/GOC/F to study after the event ends.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible
Gamemasters ignoring people who aren't the "main roleplayers" of the event. All too often have I seen an event being run where most (if not all) of the Gamemasters are focussing on the roleplay/enjoyment of one person while others get left out. This also plays into my dislike of the "RP for me but not for CL3" mindset when running roleplay; I want everyone to have fun, regardless of their playtime on the server. If I'm running an event, I will do my best to make sure the level 16 Medical Trainee gets as much attention as the Overseer Assistant who manages to worm their way into every event that happens.

What do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I've played quite a while on the server and I've realised I can be a bigger contributor providing better roleplay as a Gamemaster. Through slow development of my skills as a roleplayer I want to start creating long-form stories and events for other people to engage with and enjoy. After seeing the new tools that are being / have been given to Gamemasters made me greatly excited to become part of the team. I would also love to work with the existing Gamemasters to make better events for the entire community.
