Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Old warns from 2022 I can not recall what happened, But for the 2023 one I had switched jobs to get back to bunks faster.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
Through my time on the server I have discovered that I perfer non-combative RP, As during my time as OSA I enjoyed the non-combative factors, such as talking
with other departments, interacting with the site and seeing how each department or regiment feels, seeing what could be done to better
their RP experience, while combative RP is great it can get quite redundant and I try to have a non-combative role so I can balance my RP.
The reason why I am applying for the Site Advisor role instead of another non-combative role is because I feel that I am ready for a non-combative SR. CL4 role.
I also see it as a good way for me to get back into the server as I have been on break from it for a while(Though I am aware I haven't been back for long, I am keeping up with my activity).
I also would like to be able to make more inter-departmental RP, as I like the idea of many departments working together on one RP project.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Experience
I have had many past CL4 roles in different departments which allowed me to have general knowledge about how each department feels, It has also allowed me to gain experience in leading sceanories (E-11 LTCOM), how to approache and solve problems within different departments (OSA),To make multi-department
roleplay (Game master), How to write reports/documents (Executive, Consultant).
And my other non-CL4 roles have also given me the ability to understand how non-CL4's feel about certain things, such as the gameplay loop,
interdepartmental events/activites.
Roleplay
As stated above, I enjoy non-combative roleplay and have experience in it, I am able to involve many people of different departments and ranks into
the same RP scenario while still keeping it high quailty, and I have been able to make quick RP scenarios and long term ones too, As I have done as a Gamemaster and E-11 LTCOM(Operations and between breach RP), making sure that the RP stays fresh and non-repetitive.
Management
In my last SR CL4 role, I was able to manage the regiment (with the help of the commander at the time of course) and keep it of high quality, So I have past experience in mangment in RP scenarios to keep it going smoothly, and I have experience in mangment of making RP scenarios with many departments to keep it as involved as possible and to ensure everyone no matter the rank is getting in the RP scenario.
Learning
I am aware that the position of Site Advisor is quite difficult, Which is why I think am fit for it, as even when things seem difficult I have learnt to adjust and adapt
to situtions these being skills I have learnt in my time as LTCOM and Gamemaster.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Pre-site history:
Alex Saint was born at Augest 18th in the year 2000 in Canada, both his parents were engineers working in their companies, he lived most of his life academically following in the footsteps of his parents, after he got his masters in physics he sought work at research company instead of working at his parent's company.
Scouting:
While at the research company which is one of many of the SCP foundation cover companies, he was seen to have promise in his ability of testing and mangment of research teams, during his time at the company he was given a task that he was told not to share, this itself was the final process of the scouting, to see if he can be trusted, though many asked about it, he never told, later in his induction when asked why he didn't tell anyone he replied: "I was trusted to keep it secert, that is reason enough for me".
Site 65:
He was first assigned to research, he led many sucsessful experiments including many cross-tests, once he was promoted to executive researcher he showed ability in mangment of tests and sub-departments within research, when interviewed about his job at research he had the following to say:
"I truly enjoy the idea of the SCP foundation, a place to do tests on stuff that breaks the very laws of reality i was taught! It's without a doubt one of the most if not the most important places I have ever seen, and the way the departments interact to make this perfect melody, I wish to someday see how it is all managed."
after some time at site following the reassigment of other site advisor, Alex 'Sinner' Saint puts in his application for the role of Site Advisor.
