Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:554714117.
Discord name: west.supermarket.
For how long have you played on CG SCP: Just under a year by now. Took a short break. Roughly twenty four hours of v-time for this month but I am more than willing to get it up. Here is a screenshot of my v-time.
Age: 17.
In what country are you located?: South Africa.
Time zone: SAST. (UTC+2)
Character name(s): Amelia Hughes.
Civilian name: Isaac Neoman.
What server are you applying for?: SCP-RP UK.
Do you have a mic?: Yes.

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: Medical Consultant, Director of Medicine. CI-B, CI-G. In MRU, I was an MT, MED, MS, CMS and then GMO. I was the DoS of the ASU sub-squadron for a day. I also hold both Internal Affairs and External Affairs agent roles.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? Why?: Yes. Four warnings for RDM, one active. Two warnings for FailRP, inactive. One ban which was for 12 hours for LTAP, inactive.

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?:
[With my past history of being a Medical Consultant, I felt it was only natural for me to try and go for it again. I have always had a love for the Medical Department on Civil Networks, and I really have been wanting to get into it again. The Medical Department remains what it always has been. A friendly space with people who work hard to create good roleplay for the people around them. I hope that I can contribute to the running of the department again, especially in the training of new medical personnel.]
“I enjoy the lively environment I find myself in. I found it was only fitting for me to try for Medical Consultant, as I have been nestled within the department for a while now. I hope that this new challenge will be beneficial to me, as well as the people of the Foundation.”

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
[I have varied general medical knowledge that my involvement in this server has only strengthened. I attempt to be approachable and friendly at most times. I have the drive to make the department better, even if it is simply training new initiates into the department, or helping out to create a better roleplay environment. It is my wish only to help the department and I believe that becoming a Medical Consultant is a step in the right direction.]
“I believe that I have the ability to help the Medical Department, and I truly wish to. Whatever it takes, I want to be able to move the department forwards, wherever it wishes to go.”

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
“I will explain a surgery I performed on Timi ‘Shana’, as observed by the Department Director of Medicine Scott ‘Orrical’ Mithell. This surgery had two parts. In the first, practically all of A-1 was present, with a select Internal Affairs Operative and Site Inspector also present.”
“Both parts involved me locating bullets in Timi’s back, which were ingrown around flesh. There were roughly twenty-five bullets in total.”
“The first step was always to sedate the patient, so I gave him anesthetic gas which I pumped through a gas mask. The patient was instructed to count either down or up from ten while breathing in the gas. I checked if the patient was asleep by pinching him, and both times he was thoroughly asleep.”
“Then, I removed his shirt, locating the bullets. There was a group of roughly ten near the scapular region of his back, a group of about seven embedded into the latissimus dorsi muscle, and eight more scattered near his lumbar region.”
“I marked down the exact positions of the bullets and systematically removed them from his back. This happened in both parts.”
“Once the bullets were removed, I stitched the holes closed and dressed them with sterile bandages. For the second part of the surgery, I first had to remove the remaining stitches before beginning new stitches on the fresher wounds.”
“The procedure was periodically disrupted by unauthorised entrance of the surgery room, but disputes were quite quickly resolved.”
“I placed his shirt back on and proceeded to wake him with smelling salts. For both procedures I advised him to come to me if any complications presented themselves, advised methods of care for the wounds and prescribed him mild pain medication.”
“He was dismissed after a brief observation.”

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
To (1) provide medical care to all Foundation personnel indiscriminately, to (2) instruct medical personnel on correct procedures, hold lectures and answer all questions asked, to (3) review medical documents made by personnel within the department, as well as documents made about medical personnel, to (4) ensure the proper instruction of trainees as well as junior medical personnel, to (5) conduct all necessary medical procedures without complaint or discrimination, to (6) hold combat medic trainings often and without complaint, to (7) conduct oneself considering ethics at all times, and to (8) uphold my patient’s confidentiality at all times unless said patient is a danger to others or to themselves, and on such an occasion, to spread said information only to parties involved.

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
“Amelia Hughes was born in Bristol, England. She was born to Jakeem and Dana Hughes. Her parents remained together, so she resided with them continuously.
She attended primary school at Michael Sobell Sinai School, which is located in Harrow. She moved to Harrow when she was roughly five years old. Her primary school days were coloured with academic successes and sports failures. She was always at the top of the list for academics, but she was always on the last team whenever she joined sports. This trend continued until high school, which she attended at Jews’ Free School, also located in Harrow. She obtained her IGCSE at JFS, following on an A-grade aggregate.
She was welcomed into the halls of the University of Plymouth, following a double Bachelor’s programme. She did both of her degrees in five years, graduating at twenty-four years of age.
She began her residency in Plymouth hospital, and ended up completing it at Site 34, after the Foundation approached her.” [Adapted from Amelia Hughes - Personnel File.]

Amelia specialises in surgery, so a lot of her roleplay will be centred on operations, studies and physical evaluations.
