Why are you applying for Director of Research?
Firstly, hello and thank you for reading my application. Alright, I am applying for the position of the Director of the Researcher department for a few reasons, firstly I wish to improve it, I'm not saying its bad, its actually pretty good but there are still some rogue researchers who do unethical tests, and other wrong action. Well, if you choose me as the Director of the Researcher department this will stop and I know how. You see, lectures help researchers a lot, it helped me, matter of fact the research department would've been chaos without them. I will start encouraging Researchers to attend them by occasionally giving it out speeches about how important the Research Department is etc, sometimes even giving away things such as Vpoints to encourage Sr. Researchers to host them.

[+] I started being pretty active again.
[+] I am very dedicated to the Researcher Department and always contribute to it.
[+] I can make great documents when needed.
[+] I always check out the SCIPNET and grading UI and explain to the researchers what they can add and improve.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Research in RP?:
[+] The Director of Researcher should be a role model to fellow researchers.
[+] To host fun activities for the Research Department in order to encourage further testing.
[+] To train Executive Researchers.
[+] To aid into the training of the Research Department.
[+] To come up with new rules that the Department needs.
[+] To have proper knowledge about all the SCP's on site.
[+] Hand out tasks which can help the department.
