I don't have a document for this so I'll just type it all out.
My main storyline on the SCP Foundation follows my character "Andrina Berc". They have gone from a Civilian to D-Class Personnel then recognised and promoted to a member of the Research Department before joining the Ethics Committee as an Assistant.
Civilian to a D-Class (Implied lore)

Andrina like most staff used to be a normal individual on the surface unaware of all the chaos secretly going on behind the scenes. However they were not innocent in of themselves. Andrina had committed vehicular manslaughter and there was no intention behind it however during the court cases and hearings something slowly came to light, she not only accidentally caused a person's death but turns out they've been stealing for years! Even a rough estimate for their sentence is already at 20 years including the base sentences for stealing but also the multipliers for repeated crime. They are sent to jail and after a short time they manage to negotiate probation where they end up stealing even more in only three days. Due to the extremity of their repeated offences their sentence is tripled and more time added on afterwards leading to exactly 97 years in prison, practically a life sentence.
The SCP Foundation was in need of resources (More D-Class for use in testing) and they decided to give Andrina their form to join as a D-Class which they took believing it would be better to work for some slightly crazy people rather than rot away and die there.
D-Class to a Researcher (Happened in-character)

Andrina had survived many of their tests as a D-Class whether it be logic when it came to sampling SCP-939s, wits when conversing with SCP-082 or luck when it came to not being possessed by SCP-035. Over this time they had interacted with and seen a lot of the foundation, they gradually grasped an understanding of the FLC and Research Policies from repeated testing. They were not always unscathed after testing leading to her figuring out that she shouldn't do anything too stupid. Eventually Andrina had obtained a Low Security status and almost there to qualify for a Trustee when she was brought in for an SCP-049 test. Before any testing actually happened there was an argument regarding authority between GenSec escorts, Epsilon-11 Supervisors, and Research Conducting the tests. Andrina didn't want to die especially after all they've been through so from memory and experience they yelled out and explained how everything should work, although for her own benefit it was still seen as a trust-worthy act by someone there...

After the test which ended smoothly before being returned Andrina was taken by one of the researchers there at the test and on the way to their location Omega-1 Operatives (Pre-Classification) began escorting them. Andrina was gagged and blindfolded. Upon being given the ability to see and talk once more she was in the face of an Ethics Committee Member, Chris Helman. This Ethics Member was disguised and supervised the test and noticed Andrina's knowledge, they asked her how she obtained it and after her explanation the Ethics Member was impressed. They were then quizzed on their abilities, strengths and weaknesses. The Ethics Member explained that they trusted Andrina and how they wanted them to work for the foundation in full rather than be a test subject so they were given a choice between positions. Eventually they decided on Researcher where Andrina was working for quite a while.
Researcher to Ethics Assistant (Happened in-character)

Eventually Andrina took a liking to the Ethics Committee and their workings and attempted to apply for the position of Assistant via the proper channels. Her application was happily accepted and a meeting date was arranged. Whilst writing notes in Core Sector on a previous test Internal Enforcement asked them for identification and upon verifying Andrina's identity they kidnapped her and brought her to Inner Ethics Committee Offices to a special room. There she was asked questions both to figure out the personality of the interviewee but also her thinking process.
After a short period of time regarding questions and more questions from the interviewer Ji-Hoon Woo about why she chose specific answers they were accepted in to the Ethics Committee as an Assistant.
So far that is the main lore of my character but I hope to develop it in future and preferably get to ECM at some point in time although I think it's unlikely I'll still try!
