Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: I would appreciate more opportunities to create large scale RP, as well as the chance to contribute further to maintaining the Research Department. I also want to help develop new ideas, improve the consistency of research RP and, assist other members with becoming more involved in the department. Advancing to Executive would allow me to take on greater responsibility, support leadership, help organize projects, and contribute to long term success of the Research Department.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:I've been a Specialist for about three weeks, and during that time, I've effectively performed many responsibilities of an Executive Researcher. These have included leading large scale roleplay involving a new CL4 SCP, improving interdepartmental relations, and participating in CL4 projects assigned by Site Administration.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: I've submitted one Excellent graded document. An Excellent grade document must use the New Discovery or MDF/EDF formats, with every section completed using detailed information. It should include subheadings where appropriate, be highly detailed, contain no obvious gaps in information, have minimal spelling, grammar and punctuation errors, makes good use of images, and provide a practical use to the Foundation.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: Onboarding Jr. Researchers, assisting new researchers with experiments, participating in DoR projects, and managing the Research Department. This includes meeting with Site Administration to address issues, grading documents, and maintaining interdepartmental relations. Executives also typically lead roleplay scenarios and are expected to facilitate high quality roleplay while maintaining the overall health of the server.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in: "Lexys Smith" is a researcher who was recently transferred to Site-65 from Site-REDACTED. She was initially assigned to evaluate the leadership of Site-65's Research Department, but after developing a strong attachment for the site and its personnel, she decided to complete a full transfer.
Smith would most likely participate in new discovery, chemical, and larger scale SCP projects, including Project "Return To Earth" She may also contribute to background scenarios, such as deals with A/O or serving as a Class Fed operative to halt unauthorized research into amnestics, the "Cogglington Empire" and general management of the Research Department. (This section is short because I like to let lore develop naturally rather than write it)
