I Have played the part of a Gamemaster in several other communities to which i will not name, often times those GM Positions involved D&D Style Sessions with planned out encounters with NPCs, different ending depending on player choice and with each server i was a GM in they all revolved around different communities and games such as Fallout, HL2, etc.
Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
Matter of fact, i do, i do GMOD Commissions in which i make numerous posters of varying requirements, ranging from Propaganda to standard commissions for people's characters, Here are some examples.

Who i choose for this is going to be GSD/D-Class, and it will go as following:
It is yet another day within D-Block, Boring tests and boring medical line requests but behind the walls and barriers that separated the orange jumpsuits from the rest of the Foundation was a rebellion growing and molding together, The D-Class realize collectively that all of their past efforts of brute force and violence in riots won't get them anywhere and so they decide on a different course of action.
Hostages.
They are leverage and so the D-Class plan a quick rebellion and incursion into the Foundation's side of D-Block, Armed with weapons, makeshift grenades and blades the D-Class manage to break through with surprising speed and take several hostages, and so negotiations are needed to free the hostages in a peaceful manner otherwise.. Heads will roll.

The Rangers will be my selection for this one.
Pinewood, 'The most safe town in all of Canada' as they called it, For a while it was like that!
The Rangers of Pinewood had a very, very easy job and there was not much for them to do, however as they sat there lazily a spree of crimes began to unravel, Ranging from simple misdemeanors such as Speeding or Jaywalking, to more serious offenses such Burglary, Murders and Gang-related crimes
The Rangers now must get on with their regularly-boring jobs and tackle these crimes, One at a time..

The Steel Giant
The UNGOC Are known for their marvelous technology, White Suits, Orange Suits, Mechs, et cetera..
One of their fellow groups from another FOB had arrived to consult with the Arctic FOB stationed in Pinewood and to get their help in repairing and fine-tuning one of their newest developments, a large AI-powered Combat Mech, for a while it goes all well and standard tests are run however the AI begins to slowly malfunction and eventually the AI Mech would suddenly go rogue, The Mech would at first fight the UNGOC within the base and then escape from the FOB and make it's way out into public and into Pinewood.
The UNGOC Must then do their best to retake control of the Mech or to destroy it to prevent other groups from reverse-engineering their tech and using it for their own causes, The Foundation for their part (depending on their relations) will either assist the UNGOC with their own manpower and scouts in an attempt to contain the Paratech, whilst the Chaos Insurgency will sit by like vultures, waiting to pick up the scraps..

The Wishmaster
The Chaos Insurgency, who are famous for their doctrine of anomaly weaponization always seek to weaponize and use new anomalies to their benefit and to further their goals, And in one of their many raids on SCP Foundation sites, They stumbled upon SCP-1481! The raid force that had discovered the anomaly sent it to the Sierra 7 Cell for safekeeping due to their proximity to the original raid, and so Sierra 7 now had a literal genie in their hands
Sierra 7 was given simple instructions and small bits of info on what 1481 was.
"SCP-1481 is a plastic recyclable coffee cup. SCP-1481 rests in an inactive state until it is physically rubbed by a sapient being, When SCP-1481 is rubbed, it will enter its active phase, in which it manifests a spectral humanoid hereby referred to as SCP-1481-1. SCP-1481-1 manifests dressed in multiple coats and torn jeans, all of which are likewise spectral but seem to nonetheless be stained with a variety of unknown substances. SCP-1481-1 has a nervous tic, which occurs every few minutes."
In simple and laymen's terms, a Genie.. in a coffee cup, and so with this realization the Sierra 7 begin to plot for their next attack on the Foundation supplied by 1481..
SCP-1481 Would have limits of course to prevent this from being overpowered.

Ouroboros
The Research Department of the SCP Foundation were always known for their ability to discover and study the unknown, from violent SCPs to strange phenomena, They too are known for their interesting and gimmicky creations and a young Researcher who was intrigued with the idea of Life and Death, the very concept of Life of Death itself.
He became obsessed with it and day in, night out, For days, weeks, months, years, He'd create and tailor a machine, something unholy and something that breaks the very fiber of existence and it's rules, For the Researcher the machine did not work seemingly for a long time.
But he would do anything just to be recognized for his efforts, and in that objective he would make a dark pact with forces unknown to humanity..
Suddenly, The Machines began to deliver good results.. Those who volunteered to be apart of this Project would seemingly die but then would re-appear the next day as if nothing happened, No memory of their death either remaining in their head.
However, His careless drive would be his downfall as the dark pact he formed, would turn on him and on the Foundation.
(This event is inspired by the all-too familiar concept of 'Respawning', In simple and laymen's terms, a Researcher creates a dark machine that bends the laws of Life and Death and soon enough the machine he made would begin to send out violent and malicious mutants and clones of Foundation Personnel all hell-bent on replacing them one way or another.
It would be up to the Foundation to stop the Researcher and his Dark Overlord as the true nature of the machine is revealed.

"Welcome, Wanderer."
The Wanderer's Library is simply put.. an ever-expansive and infinite realm of knowledge and secrets that no ordinary human being is privy to, You may enter it but you may not find your way out, Of course you will be stuck in there with immeasurable amounts of information and knowledge on all sorts of topics! You will have books upon books containing history, arts, anomalous magic and so much more.
It is also home to one of the most infamous GOIs, The Serpent's Hand who serve as some of their custodians but, that is not the point.
It is a place that the Foundation had conducted an incursion into once or twice and it is truly an immeasurable realm that not many get to enter, and to enter it you'd have to use some of it's 'Ways' to even enter.
Whatever information or knowledge that you seek, You will find here.
"What's the Major Event?"
An anomalous pathogen of unknown origin, capabilities or even the know how of what it is begins to spread amongst the World, The Foundation and the UNGOC Are first to notice and their initial attempts were filled with vigor in order to cure the infection, Nothing works,
The Chaos Insurgency too notices this pathogen and at first, attempt to reverse-engineer it to make it a Bioweapon but they are quickly shut down by the Foundation, the UNGOC And other factions around the world, and there is a general and unanimous agreement by all of the Leaders of the Anomalous World that they all must work together in order to cure this infection, But how?
Their answers all reside within the Library, Of course with the massive size of the library it will take some time to find the knowledge they seek but they get a stroke of luck, The Anomalous Pathogen is slow acting and it will take time to kill and annihilate the world as we know it and so the factions come together, to enter the endless maze that is the Wanderer's Library, to find their knowledge, or die all trying.
What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
Unenjoyable events can stem from multiple factors such as improper planning on the Event Host's part, an event that happens without proper planning will come out to be a jumbled and incoherent mess that the players of the server will not quite understand and as such, Confusion would quickly set in, Not only that but with improper planning comes a weird and strange gobbled up event that comes up on the fly, There is no script, there is no backup plan or contingencies.
Simply put, Improper planning would result in a confusing event that understanding it would be too difficult and as such, No enjoyment would come from it.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I Wish to be a gamemaster in order for me to give more RP To others within the server using my creativity and drive to provide quality and immersive events and RP for others on the server, As i have stated other times in apps i have a passion for RP and for thrilling stories
Truth be told, I do not wish to seem egotistical in this application however i believe myself to be well versed in RP and have my own style in it, I too have the drive to include as many others as i can into an RP within reason, I too have the prior mentioned experience of being apart of events to which i have been many, many times on this server, both small and large ones whilst hosting them on other communities.
