What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Based on my experience on the server and the community I have gained multiple communication skills and can talk my way in or out of various situations, I have also seen how the assistants work and understand the duty and requirements that come with being an assistant for the overseer council, I believe that my communication and leadership skills will come in handy for most situations an OSA is put in, I value RP situations and I love to enhance them whenever I can using my role, I understand that OSA's have a professional reputation to uphold and I will do my absolute best not to tarnish it at all, I have never held a non-combative role but I can promise that I will not disappoint the overseer council whatsoever
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Enforcing the Overseer Council's Orders:
As an OSA your most important duty is to relay and enforce the overseer council's orders
Document creation/signing:
OSA's are responsible for creating many documents when ordered to do so by the council, Also OSA's are responsible of signing documents as representatives of the overseer council
Representing the council:
As an OSA you are primarily the overseer council's left hand and representative, That means acting as the council's eyes and ears throughout the foundation and reporting directly to them
CL4 Duties:
OSA's are CL4 personnel meaning they have the same base duties of a CL4 individual that includes opening and closing BDs in case of emergencies and in some rare situations authorize AA
Assisting A-1 if needed:
The A-1 Red Right Hand might request assistance from an OSA occasionally, In cases like that it would be an OSA's duty to support them with their utmost ability
Assisting the Overseer Council:
As an OSA one of your main duties will be assisting the overseers in their daily workload, For example setting up meeting or writing up documents for them regularly
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
My loyalty to the foundation compels me to find a higher role in helping manage and support the SCP foundation to the utmost of my abilities and I believe the only way to do that is to become an OSA, Also assisting fellow foundation personnel gives me great joy and sense of accomplishment that I cannot find anywhere else, As a combative only I haven't had the chance to give my all to the foundation and I believe that my skills are better used in a more authoritative position as I think it will be of more benefit to the foundation at large, And for that reason I'm going to put my rifle away and pick up a pencil to start doing more useful and beneficial work,

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Meet Arthas Ashborn a 27 year old former military veteran inducted into the GSD department after a war incident, Arthas climbed the ranks of the GSD department quicker than most and after a certain incident and argument with the ethics committee he has been brutalized and tortured by the EC for supposed insubordination, After that incident Arthas has gained a new hatred for the EC and sought out anyway to undermine them internally and professionally, As the years went by and Arthas continued his pursuit of justice against the EC with no avail, He was contacted by an anonymous individual who simply identified himself as a site inspector, After a long discussion with the supposed site inspector, Arthas was given two choices one was to join A-1 The Red Right Hand as he was previously scouted and found to be a capable combative, The second choice was to put away his rifle and instead use his communication and administrative skills to undermine the EC and bring their injustices and contradictions to light, Arthas chose the second choice and the site inspector smiled and told him it was the right choice and the most beneficial towards all parties
