Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

-As I returned from break, I was looking for a role, somewhere to gain experience, or a way to progress in the department. Tried the medical department, however, it wasn't the calling I was looking for. Once again, I have returned to the ISD, the department for which I have given quite a lot of time. Once more, I managed to make time for this department, and I saw opportunities within. With a new goal, I began gaining experience, due to new systems being introduced as I came back, it didn't take long to adapt to new ways, regulations, and policies. Old experience, from where I was an inspector, was still there, never left the memory, it helped me quite a lot. As my time to play has expanded, I could focus on the ISD. In the meantime, I was mentored by ISD CL4 to slowly but surely become an Inspector, it actually helped build experience.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:

- I am quite active on the ISD, handling standard duties and often expanding my role with large-scale investigations. I also participate in operations assigned by ISD leadership. My previous tenure as Inspector, combined with general RP experience, helped me adapt to new regulations and policies. I created documents to improve the general well-being of ISD. Additionally, I was trained by ISD leadership to conduct inductions and trainings for new ISD personnel. In disputes, I prioritize diplomacy, aim to appease both sides, and focus on factual accuracy rather than unverified claims.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:

- Nobody is perfect, and most likely never will be even close to perfection. We can aim for perfection in any way, however, it will always be out of reach at the end of the day. A good Inspector should be calm, collected, lead by example, and be a model for the rest of the department, as they rely on the leadership to lead the department further. Of course, everyone can make mistakes, and the Inspector isn't any different. It's important for the Inspector to admit to mistakes and solve issues correctly. An inspector is someone who listens to both sides of the conflict and resolves said conflict with the best effort to not damage relations between departments. After all, admission to the mistakes sometimes is more valued, a lesson to remember.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

- Firstly, I looked around how to improve the ISD from the inside, gained opinions from different departments regarding the ISD, and the results were close to each other. It's not a mystery that ISD isn't well-received by various personnel. I tried to write documents regarding this matter, of course, leadership was informed, and documents were given. I also wrote documents regarding corruption, suspicious behaviour of the department, or non-standard behaviour of ISD employees. All those documents are at least 8 pages long, depending on the title of said documents. In addition, those documents were given with proof of said titles to ensure that they weren't made-up. Additionally, I took part in the operations, which gave me experience in how to act in those scenarios. Away from those specific documents, the standard issue documents, such as arrest reports or citations, were also included, however weren't used on a large scale due to the lack of severity of the crimes, unless it was CL4 personnel. Therefore, I was obliged to make a report. A good document is when writting doesn't include grammatical or spelling mistakes, that's ground for smooth reading without thinking about what the author had in mind while writing. It's advised that the document should include details of the title, so the reader can be informed, with evidence or proof. Documents which involve large-scale situations should not be small, unless no other elements are required in said document. It's also advised that the document should include photos, as it improves its general quality.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:

- The inspector is responsible for handling internal disputes within ISD, handling documentation. The inspector is also entitled to advise, train, and perform inductions for new employees of the ISD. As a role model for lower ranks, an inspector represents the ISD and an entry-level leadership role.
- The inspector is authorized to make new operations for ISD, which gives employees a chance to attend those operations to gain experience or move up in ranks
- The inspector is handling any kind of issues reported by other departments that involve ISD, or perhaps complaints against one of ISD employees.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

- I am, and I was a different type of person. Someone who would never turn back or betray anyone, never done this, never will. If someone asks for advice or any kind of help, I always seek the best solution. I never turn down anyone's request for counsel or advice. I can spend hours on a single problem, so I won't miss anything important. It's not the best to stick with the same issue for too long, however, as I don't have much to do, I often shift my focus to those kinds of problems, a kind of detective and psychological thinking, or a state of mind. As I have RP experience, not only in Garry’s Mod, it gives me leadership abilities, managing personnel, and problem-solving experience. As I said, nobody is perfect, nor am I, but I constantly train myself to improve flaws within myself. I've been around for quite some time, under a couple of aliases, since ISD was still IA, while the ISD wing was near D-block. In my opinion, of course, it's just an opinion, I am able to handle stressful situations that are given while being an inspector. Knowledge is usualy tested on the field, not on the quiz, as those are different from each other, every situation is unique, everyone is unique, and any handbook can't cover this, therefore, best expieriecne I could get, was from the field, from looking how other ISD leadership is acting, not to Mimic then, but to get knowledge, how to handle those situations as best as it's possible.

Home town: Kyoto, Japan.

Description:

Ashikaga Yoshihare was born in 1999 in Kyoto, Japan. Settled into a traditional family that relied on old ways, by old meaning clan traditions. The family itself is named Ashikaga, that's the name of the Clan which once ruled Japan's Shogunate during Sengoku jidai. Yoshihare established an anti-corruption division within Japan's police called ,,Administrative Internal Affairs division," which mainly focused on police corruption and misconduct. Old ways were never forgotten, and clan members continued teaching traditions, in case someone tried to erase the history. The main line of the Ashikaga clan was dismantled when the last Ashikaga shogun was kicked from Kyoto, however, Yoshihare is attempting to revive the main line of the clan. As of now, there has been little movement of such action. Yoshihare joined the foundation in 2023, transferred to Internal Affairs (current ISD) to continue serving anti-corruption methods. We aren't able to find any criminal record from breaking FLC or a criminal record from the mainland. Despite being in a different nation, away from Japan, Yoshihare didn't abandon old ways nor betray his own nation, which could mean high loyalty to the cause. There aren't records of interactions with current imperial house of Japan, due to obscurity of the clan, focusing tokugawa, however we were able to find documents regarding Yoshihare while being employee of the Foundation, there aren't any violations of the laws or policies, most liely Yoshihare have deep connection with the law, and therefore will never break it, it could be connected to the Clan. Safe to say that Yoshihare has a sense of justice. We found information that Yoshihare was a couple of times amnesticated, however, it didn't inflict any damage to the current state of his job or investigations.
