Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I've chosen ISD as the department I would like to play and larp in!
Not playing ISD much was something I have always lacked, as ISD do get attacked alot for simply playing their role and I do often hear ISD Leadership/EC say
to try ISD out for at least a week, well I have, and its really fun, so I want to keep going!

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Experience
I have a great amount of Experience be it CL4, Sr CL4 or even just CL3, and this experience has taught me many thing that allow me excell is leadership positions though Inspector isn't the most leadership position, I do think it is a vital part of leadership in the helping aspect.
Below is a list I use to keep track of all my major or notable achievementswithin my roles.
I would not blame you if you don't read it.

note: I would like to mention this was at first wrote for one app mainly but I should of sorted out those kinks, if you find anything like that lmk!
I have been in many roles, these roles allowed me to understand more aspects of the server.

E-11 LTCOM/CPT, this is a role which I shined most in, Ill spilt this into two parts my time as LTCOM and my time as CPT.

To start off with E- 11 LTCOM, during that time I achieved many things of which the revival of a squadron (Drill Sergeants) D.S which I reworked and managed up till the rank of MAJ, the squadron focused on teaching NCOs how to conduct themselves IC and OOC, in addition to taught them how to roleplay and make their own roleplay, by mentoring from DS COs or DS CSGs, it as well taught them how to make quality trainings in order to strength the capabilities of E11 in fighting Code 5's and 1's, and through DS we were able to get the most capable CSGs to become COs, to which I nicknamed DS to "The right hand of the CO Team". (Cringe I know). other things I've dealt with as LTCOM in the culling of bias in the CO Team, bias is something that often punishes the worker and rewards the lazy which is something I have zero tolerance for, I culled it by punishments over any bias that was proven via evidence (that be photos of videos). Most importantly, during LTCOM I dealt with many difficult situations that could be a staff issue regarding NCOs and COs within my regiment, following a lengthy investigation I was able to prove that it was happening and the offender was hastily removed and staff were informed, dealing with these sorts of situations is often tricky.

E-11 CPT during my more recent tenure on E-11 I focused on making as much RP as possible, to start off I held a cross training between UNGOC x E-11 when I was a CSG, which helped in understanding each other roles better and how to work together during QRF this worked greatly, in addition the setting up of the training itself was IC which allowed for RP between DEA E11 and UNGOC by making meetings where they came to the site. My next RP project was an operation series called "Above and Beyond", this operation series was heavily RP based, operation 'Learning Initiative', it encouraged E-11 to patrol with GSD and mostly their CL1/CL2 and to teach them about E11 duties, Site Code words, how to ID check, how to hold checkpoints and how to patrol, the operation was also made to see help NCOs learn how to mentor/teach which is an important aspect of being a CO. Operation 'Well Being', a simple operation the idea was to push E11 units to get psych and physical evaluations at med bay with the addition of measuring their "Cognito hazard resistance" (CHr) this operation allowed for RP to occur with I and medical to import new devices called CHrMT (MT stands for measurement tools), and now CHrMT are standard in physical evaluations for any MTF unit. Two other operations were apart of this series one was made fully by a CSG at the time (Shout out CPT Alexi), and the other operation involved ISD E&TS and E-11 though was not very well received which is fine as from failure we learn how to succeed.

Site Advisor, during my time as Site Advisor I made it my goal to spread RP to as many people as possible regardless of rank, a big part of doing so was increasing RP for the little department of E&TS, I did so by constant RP with not just Jack Williams but other tech experts, even meetings promoting him(Williams and another tech expert) to CL2 Reactor Technician then CL3 (Just Williams), then to CL3 E&TS Manager and at long last E&TS Director CL4 which has greatly helped Jack Williams in turning E&TS into a much more RP involved department though most of that credit goes to Jack Williams himself (shout out to my E&TS Director), another big way of doing so is during RP I delegating as much RP as possible, whenever things come to me IC I try my best to give it to as many departments as possible, such as the SCP-500 door code situation, I was told that an executive wanted to look into allowing CL4 RsD into getting the door code for the SCP-500 door, I approached this all IC by having first an IC meeting with medical then RsD, following that a week later a pill was stolen, instead of revoking RsD's access instantly, I asked ISD to investigate into that, they found out a researcher who could have taken it was now dead, instead of calling the case shut, I ordered for his body to be brought to medical, once we confirmed that he had taken the pill I asked for ISD to interview a couple RsD members before finally reworking the SCP-500 door code. This situation shows my ability to approach issues IC instead of taking them OOC or just putting my foot down and denying it, this allowed for more RP to occur.

Site Manager, In my time as SM, I had kept going with my goal of spreading RP, this started with (granted I started this as SA) D-Class Internship, I made the
D-Class Intership program in hopes of spreading non-combative RP to D-Class beyond testing, and it is fair to say the internship program was a
huge success, before the info-reset there were about 10-12 active internships.
As Site Manager one of the bigger things I did, was SCP-3199 (shoutout Snyder for the idea) the whole idea of SCP-3199 was to bring an SCP that changed
constantly, that was unexpceted and needed constant creative thinking, and that it was, it led to meetings between RsD, E-11 and E&TS (shoutout williams),
they brain stormed ideas, they brain stormed what could happen and what to do when it arrives, and after its arrival it remained constantly changing, each test
was unique and unlike the last, one time it was brainless, one time it was smart, another time it was durable and another it was a baby chick.
During all this E&TS Kept submitting new ideas and proposal for containment and termination, each I accepted and got something ready for it (Example the attempt to blast it with radiation), and at long last it ended with the info reset having one last breach due to a rift.

Game Master, when I talk about GM here I am talking about my time back in mid 2024 not the TGM period I had. During my time as Game Master I excelled at two things, long term story lines and cross departmental events, I'll first name my most beloved story line, the VKTM series, the series was very varied sometimes containing SCPs sometimes PoI's, the series lasted for six events before I sadly has to resign from GM, of these events the most notable three were, Event #2 SCP-07900, this event was massively involving all of site, starting at SOP to capture the PoI's/SCP, then E-11/research to contain it, then E&TS/Site combative attempting to shut it off from the servers, ending finally at F3 where it was cornered and deleted. This event shows my capability to make wide RP involving all of site. Event #5 Executive Kleiner, this event started at SOP once more to look at a hidden lab nearby, follow by investigations on the executive to collect information on VKTM. This event shows am capable of making my RP linked and have call backs. Event #6 Frequent Frequencies, A surface war over a radio tower (same dupe that I recently reused for an event when I was TGM) the purpose of the fight being to have control over the tower which had logs about VKTM, It was first captured by CI to which information and invitations to join them in a meeting was given, before shortly Site-65 was able to take control. This shows my ability to include other factions in RP.

Now, the above is the more major roles I've held, a simple overview of the other roles I've held, Consultant where I made a project about new chemicals (the chemicals being made by GMs), OSA where I assisted O5 in the tasks/orders they gave out, CI-G/Nu-7 CSG ect ect. which helped me understand different perspectives around the server, and lastly Staff in which I've proven by wide and strong information about server rules and how to handle OOC matters calmly and with good conduct.
Roleplay
Though I haven't been within ISD for much I have created a considerable amount of roleplay, the Cravensworth investgation!
An investgation stemming from a mere encounter between Cravensworth and Asmund turned into an entire ISD involved investgation, two detainments occured and during those I attempted to involved as much people as possible, ISD/I.E (ofc), ECA/SA, DEA, and even when the investgation seemed to have been escalted to ethics I've kept things going by more-so turning this into an ISD hunt for a corrupt agent, How you may ask?

This
A neat video which includes some hints/leads on who the person in the video is, as at the time ISD/E-11 were very confused by Cravensworth panic button, I've sent that video as a sort of lead being given by someone who isn't very happy about ISD, (am trying to explain this without saying too much as this is still on-going (shout out Eater)).

Though minor but I've also taken part of the many operations within ISD and I plan to keep going even after I get inspector.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Well, I'd say its a player willing to make RP that doesn't lead to harm to ISDs reputation, but is willing to occusialy do something bad but sepreate himself from the department, i.e doing something fishy for the sake of the foundation, but doesn't drag down ISD with him.

OOC wise, someone willing to take the time to teach people how things work and go within ISD, someone who is approchable and doesn't get on the defense for every little thing stated about ISD.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I've written only one document IC, but many anncouments/"emails" on discord (Discord larp email), To be honest, the way ISD currently have their documents is very well, so I will say this, a good document is one that can be used as a template, with a nice index, clear instructions and doesn't ask for many paragraphs.

It should also be something commonly used, documents shouldn't be made for every little thing but should only by made for major things, Arrest warrents, Yeah those need to be a document, PT Document, No that isn't needed.

No matter how well written something is, if it isn't needed, it's not going to be used, so the energy should be used else where.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
ISD Inspector is given more permissions which gives him more duties, such as, the ability to now disguise as MTF NCOs (and Sr CL3 but investigators can do that as well), which they should used to help more in investigations, such as an agent needing help on spying on someone.

They are able to arrest all Sr CL4 (Minus SC and FCOM), this is a giant permission and needs to be used carefully as arresting Sr CL4 willy nilly without good reason causes chaos and has in the past led to stand offs which lead to MRDM.

A supervisor, they are the stand right below Leadership, so they are the ones that should be called before the commissioner, an investigator is in an issue? or wasn't able to help an agent? YOU the inspector need to show up and help.

Communcation link, There are much more inspector slots than commissioner and for a good reason, the commissioner team cannot deal with all issues at all times, this would lead to burn out and annoyance, so you the inspector are there to only escalatematters to them if need be, such as something concering an arrest about SA/FCOM, or another inspector failing to do his role.

ISD Placer SWEP, this is a prop placer, this was given to ISD to help in RP in where areas are blocked off, but it can also be a tool used to prop block, so an inspector is trusted to use this to enhance RP and not harm it.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Well, My experince proves I am able to hold leadership positions, but even within current RP I've been leading high level detainments and patrols.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Lore!

Mainly the fresh aftermath of the Cravensworth investigation.

P.S the two week period is currently voided by SSL which is why I am applying
