Now, for the lore.

A few months ago, there was ongoing testing with the Anomaly which is known by the community as "The Tree Book". During the incident involving the Book of Trees, ECA Astralria Moonstone had been exposed to the Tree Anomalies effects. However, one of the trees, the one that affected Astralria, was that of Hist Origin. Over the next few months, exposure deemed long term effects. Astralria slowly morphed on a biological level, the effects unseen until the fateful day, in which he awoke with cloudy memories, and a new form. He had become one of the Hist, an Argonian born anew. With the new affects, he became semi-anomalous, primarily being granted more nature based abilities. By his side, he crafted a staff with Celestite crystals, and some wood he gathered during Code Black evacuations. The staff, non-anomalous in nature, holds a large sphere of the Celestite crystal. The natural abilities within enticed him to gather natural materials for his outfit, and his skull mask is crafted out of wood and holds bullets that were once fired by those he worked along side, whom have sadly fallen. They serve as memories. Now, he seeks answers to his condition. Perhaps the Medical Department or Research Department could have an explanation?

Quick note: I am willing to accept the PAC as just the Argonian in the suit without the staff and without the foliage. Trust me, I can remove everything else if it means approval is granted.

Your PAC3/Lore Request has been denied.

While I do believe this has been well crafted and the lore is good, it's all heavily borrowing from Skyrim which is just too obvious, especially when he's being directly referred to as an Argonian with mentions of the Hist. I would ask that if you were to make a future request that you do so without these mentions.
