Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I am requesting a reassignment to the ISD Inspector role because, I am very passionate about the department. Close to every moment on the UK site has been spent playing the ISD Role. Almost every person I know on the server is apart of ISD. I am still getting my footing on this server, from transferring over from US. My time on Investigator on the UK server has been some of the best experiences an RP I have had whilst being apart of Civil Networks. I am extremely passionate about ISD as a whole and would love to share that love with others.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe I possess the necessary qualities and skills needed for ISD Inspector. These consist of: Knowledge of the FLC, CoC, and The CoE, Passion for the department and its Personnel, Familiarities with other Departmental Policy's, And overall commitment to the Foundation. ISD Inspector is a lot more than just a job, It is a symbol for Diplomacy and Leadership and I feel that I am ready to face that duty and serve along side ISD Leadership.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An Ideal ISD Inspector is someone who knows when to straighten up and act professional, but someone who is also a pleasure to be around. Many personnel on this site lean towards one side. An ideal ISD Inspector is one who will lead their subordinates with honor and courage. Another quality is knowledge of the FLC, CoE, CoC. This knowledge is what drives the ISD Department and is what we enforce. Knowledge of these codes is essential to be a good roleplay leader and to teach Agents/operatives the proper way to do things.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have written 0 Major roleplay documents. But I do know what makes a good document. 1. Grammar, Grammar is important as it shows literacy and professionalism which is essential when writing an important roleplay document. 2. Organization, Being able to actually read the document is Important for anyone attempting to read it, organization shows competency when writing and shows that you are experienced in these scenarios. 3. Correct Facts, If writing a document about site policy or SCPs, Correct information is very important as many members of the site will rely on these documents to conduct their duties and tasks.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The responsibilities of and ISD Inspector are as follows.
1. Being an RP Lead
2. Enforce the FLC, CoC, and CoE
3. Onboarding new Agent/Operatives and ensuring the possess the necessary skills and knowledge to properly preform their duties.
4. Mentoring all ISD Subordinates
5. Creating/Managing operations
6. ISD Inspectors should demonstrate the department when conversing with all members of the site in a professional way
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I have spent 5+ months as an Investigator on the US server, I transferred over to the UK as an agent and was promoted in 4 days. ISD Has always had a special place in my heart and with my 3 Jr. CL4 roles that I have held, I can confidently say that I can preform an Inspectors duties to the fullest. I was also a Sr. Attaché for the Global Occult Coalition. This experience has given me the necessary knowledge on all things Diplomatic. Any conflicts with other departments could be handed off to me with full confidence.

Austin A. was born on 8/31/2002 In the Midwest of the United States. Austin was an Introverted child mainly focusing on playing basketball and watching cartoons. He graduated from Highschool with a 3.1 GPA with a Sports scholarship to Kansas State University where he spent 4 years and has a Bachelors degree in Law Enforcement. One day after run-in with SCP-2826 Austin was contacted by the SCP Foundation and brought in as an ISD Agent where he climbed the ranks to Inspector and beyond.
