Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Advisor because I want to be in a Sr. CL4 position to focus more on the site instead of the surface and outside GOIs. I've been a DEA Manager for a couple months now and I've decided that I should move on and progress through the ranks once more. I want to further the ability of myself and others around me by creating roleplay as well as gameplay through a Site Advisor position.
I would love to help this site in a bigger position and with a larger range compared to my current position in the DEA and my past positions in the MTF. Site Administration is also a field I've never gone into before and I think it would be a great start for future positions in higher fields in the Site.
Another reason I am applying is to help with site policy and changes that I would love to participate in and I would love to further the future of my characters roleplay in a higher capacity and continue a bigger journey.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?
Leadership: Through my months as a DEA Dpt. Manager and previous experience as an O-1 LT and Special Agent, I've come to understand how to lead more effectively and professionally. This has come in handy in situations of arguments, dealing with GOIs, leading defence against Raids and Infils, negoations and being able to lead in high stress situations if necessary. It has given me time to also become more professional in a rp setting.
Communication: My time in a Sr. CL4 position and my overall time in the server has taught me that communication is something that is important and needed for things to run. Being able to sit down and talk to people about situations or plans for the future is a critical thing and as a Dpt. Manager, ive had to do this many times for Agents alike, this has also stemmed to other people who needed guidance like Cadets as communication is a key skill to help people learn.
Documentation: I have experience in skilled documentation and presentation through my time in the DEA, from creating reports/documents on Operations and Interrogations to documentation support for newcomers who want to know more about formatting and proper layouts. I overhauled the MC&D Contract and gave it a new look as well as new rules, created documentation for incident reports, most notably the recent Foundation and GOC skirmish report.
I have created Operation 'Mindfreak' which was a propaganda operation to dispell CI control in Pinewood through fake information and propaganda for the Foundation/CAF or against CI/PDF.
Roleplay: Though ive not made huge strides in big roleplay creation, I have participated and helped create small amounts of roleplay throughout the site, this stems from small conversations about a situation to diplomatic relations with GOIs, negotiations and kidnappings. Ive helped out in many DEA Operations which may not be considered effective roleplay but has created a good amount of roleplay for different departments like Medical.
Ive helped create RP with the GOC by sorting out meetings for policies as well as documentation signing, helped medical personnel create RP by doing psych evaluations on captured CI members who were later turned into D-Class as well as help out out a few times with ORIA and its connected SCP - 9520.
GOI Knowledge: Due to being a big fan of the DEA and Surface Operations for many months, Ive became more of an avid fan of GOIs, whether it's a big GOI like the UNGOC, an SCP creating GOI like Dr. Wondertainment (One of my favourites). This information would allow me to enhance/create roleplay situations or events with specific information on certain GOIs and help create minor events.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Appoint and Interview of Department Directors and Security Chiefs (DoEA, DoM and CoS)
- Appointment of MTF Commanders (Nu-7 and E-11)
- Appointing and Managing Site Administration staff
- Management of all departments and their performance
- Tribunals for lower level offences as well as imparial judicary on behalf of ISD for investigations when approved by Ethics
- Authorisation of tests that dont require ethical testing parameters
- Management of Site Wide Policies liasing with Site Command
- Authorization of Advanced Armory Usage
- Authorisation of part site closure (Events/Trainings)
- Audits on failing departments
- Reviews of Departments
- Supervising GOI Relations for the site
- Management of on-site emergencies e.g Site Wide Lockdowns, Code Blacks and Calling ERT
- First point of contact for departments
