Why are you applying for Director of Research?
I am applying for the role of Director Of Research as I wish to fully immerse myself within the management of the
research department, I am an experienced member within the department who has always been dedicated to
the productivity of my work within the department, I want to lead the department into the spotlight, I wish to
improve the quality of the department by updating the standards of the Code Of Ethics and Code Of Conduct
within our personnel to improve our own department as well as improve the cooperation between other departments
As a Jr researcher I always loved conducting experiments and improving my documentation asking others for help,
now is my chance to be that role model to step up and provide the help and advice every researcher deserves.
I hold this department closely to my heart alongside the members of it. Finally, my colleagues within the department have
recommended to me that I would be a suitable director and that I would "Beneficial to the department" and I want to provide new intuitive RP for myself and the members of the department
What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
I consider my current role of an executive as a real job and it provides so much for me, therefore being the reason
for the dedication I have for this department, I am always providing new content for others to look towards as a guide
or directly teaching and training them if needed as well as providing any help a researcher desires coming as one of my
first priorities rather than myself, Me stepping up as Division Lead of PSI-5 should show that I love to lead and create new
experiences for other people as well as myself creating new developments for everybody involved, I am a composed leader
in all situations including but not limited to; Lectures, test observation etc. Despite being a Jr CL4 role I have always taken my position
as executive as a chance to lead others into the spotlight by giving document advice for example. Finally, I would consider myself
as one of the most professional Executives, at all times enforcing the CoC and CoE when I notice an error, majority of the time i find a way
to give verbal advice instead of punishment as this can make a individual stride to better them self.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Research in RP?:
The Director Of Research is expected to teach and train new or old members no matter what if they need it and share with them
the required knowledge they need to improve or start their journey as a researcher this can be done via a lecture for multiple people
or a 1:1 for a more efficient training for the individual therefore providing them the chance to become the best of their capabilities, To ensure that
all members of the department including executives have some form of work to produce within the department that can range from conducting a test and documenting it or providing a lecture on a specific topic for others to learn from therefore leading to the growth and expansion of the
department, to receive feedback from others for example site administration and acting upon it if needed no matter if it is a major or minor improvement for example the enforcement of the Code Of Ethics within the department, To keep communication with other Department Directors so that easier communication is accessible between departments, The Director is responsible of the Policies within the department and ensuring they are being followed by either providing the information them self or having Executives spread the word of the policies or conduct lectures about them, the Director Of Research is less focused on SCP Testing and focused more on generalised managing of the department which could include for example; Creating/Removing Policies and creating new documentation based on the department, The Director Of Research is to grade documents and give criticism/feedback if no executives are present onsite, Finally the Director Of Research is to uphold the standard of being a role model for others to look up to (Meaning they should be professional and mature for others to base their behaviour off)
