Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1 Warning for combat cuffing, it happened so long ago i cant remember why however I remember resolving the issue with the admin but i am unaware if it was revoked.
Why are you applying for Site Director?
During my time within Site Administration, i have allowed for new RP experiences as well as assisting in the development of different individuals' lore and stories, i want to better output this for many others through the role of Site Director as it will grant me the opportunity to create new RP Situations/Scenarios with an array of members around the Site. I Have rapidly learnt the role that Site Administration holds and learnt that it is beneficial for the orderly function of the site therefore, i wish to be able to help lead this crucial department to help the already amazing individuals within it to improve and grow and output high quality work. I thoroughly enjoy my current role as Site Advisor including every aspect of the role and i wish to continue to do so as a Site Director whilst also guiding my fellow members of Site Administration. I wish to learn more as a Site Director for example learn new ways to command, induce RP Scenarios more often as well as improve my external documentation work whilst assisting my colleagues to do the same. I wish to make a positive/impactful change in the site and assist the current Site Director with their duties to the best of my capabilities in which i am already very well acquainted with them which will allow for us to work together efficiently. Finally i wish to see the true impact that i can provide for the site as well as the Site Administration department a heavily look forward to doing so.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe that by becoming a Site Director i will have a heavier presence on my peers which will then enable me to inspire and influence them easier, this influence has been developed over my array of CL4 experience for example Executive Researcher, i inspired many test ideas through personal conversations and lectures as well as inspiring and guiding Sr's to become Executives, this therefore means that i am an effective communicator so that if i become a Site Director my positive impact/mindset will be spread to others through my clear and compelling dialogue with others which will result in a higher work output in those in Site Administration as well as other departments. I am experienced with being a disciplinary force; responding to misbehaviour/misconduct by either encouraging better behaviour, giving warnings or authorising arrests in order to better rehabilitate an individuals perspective and approach to future situations, this is important for a Site Director as they need to be influential for others so that they may improve but still maintain disciplinary attitudes so that individuals do not take advantage of second chances etc. I am aware of the correct approach to take for many situations for example responding/commanding responses to code emergencies, gaining information for departmental reviews as well as writing the reviews them self. I am confident of how to properly perform my responsibilities (Documentation, Reviews etc.) which i have quickly learned and have already been complimented on my efforts and work. By becoming a Site Director i would be taking work load of the current director which will lead to their work being more "quality over quantity" as they have less to deal with therefore meaning that they can put more effort into less work. I am dedicated to my work as well as dedicated to ensuring my colleagues perform their work to the best of their ability also, being a Site Director will allow me to spread my knowledge to the other Site Administration members. I am consistently mature/professional, always holding up the standards of the Legal Codex, Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct which is vital for a Site Director due to them being highly influential meaning that they are expected to set a perfect example for others to take from.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The Site Advisor's of the department carry out various duties. They are expected to maintain the standard of the facility if the presence of a Site Director is absent, ensure that the Site Director is aware of how departments are performing as well as any issues that may develop within a Department/Regiment so that action can be taken if required. Site Advisor are to ensure that members of Departments/Regiments including Directors/Commanders are behaving accordingly and punishing misbehaviour that they may discover, Site Advisor may arrange meetings with Department/Regiment members to gain any insight/information that they may require for example; information for a Department Review. Site Advisor's may also keep O5 and Ethics updated on the standing of a Department and alert them of any issues that may manifest within them. Site Advisors give orders/commands for responding to Code Emergencies (1,2,3,4,5 and Code Black). Finally, Site Advisor's create Monthly Reviews of departments/regiments in order for the department/regiment to gain the feedback from the review on the department/regiment's; Strengths and weaknesses so that they may take action to improve and see what the department/regiment is currently working well at/not well at. Site Directors have the same responsibilities as Site Advisor's with added extras; to overview the Site Administration department and ensure that Site Advisors are performing optimally/professionally, to keep close contact between O5 and Ethics to pass on any information that Site Command want Site Advisor's to be aware of, Train/Teach new Site Advisor's on their responsibilities and how to perform them, create documentation for Site 65 as well as Site Administration, Carrying out any wills that the O5 Council task them with and to schedule weekly meetings with the Site Administration Department to discuss different topics for example; Updates on department reviews as well as assessing/addressing misbehaviour, Site Directors are more prioritises with more RP related duties within Site Administration.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
