Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes numerous times, but that was when I was starting and not taking it seriously.

Dear community,
I am writing to sincerely apologize for the actions that I, Tariq 'ghost', took within the SCP RP in Gmod. I understand that my actions caused harm to many people, and for that, I am deeply sorry. I want to explain that my actions were not intentional and were the result of a glitch in the game. I had my handcuffs equipped, but they were actually functioning as a frag grenade. This caused me to unintentionally kill all of these people inside of the SCP facility.
I want to also take this opportunity to express my frustration with the window manager on Linux, which has caused numerous issues for me in the past including crashes while switching to another app. It was through no fault of my own that this glitch occurred, and I understand that this is no excuse for the harm that I caused.
Again, I offer my most sincere apologies to all those affected by my actions. I promise to take steps to ensure that something like this never happens again.
