Why should you be unbanned:because the sit was based and they said it would be mass rdm as i had "intent" and the admin said if an admin wasnt there it would be diffrent which shows that admins are treated diffrently and i tried asking how do you tell if someone has intent and i was met with silence.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:because i wont
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:idk mabye the fact that i put money into it and mass ammounts of hours and i enjoy it

Hello Jhon.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to make this complaint,

i have been asked to assist in the sit regarding a Class X stacked bans and after reviewing The previous punishments I have informed the staff taking the sit that this is not a Class X.

I watched the clip and from what I understood that you and a few other CI recruits were left behind and got disqualified and a few seconds later you bring out a gun and start killing the other recruits til the staff member froze you preventing you from getting more kills.
After reviewing the clip and you asking how do you determine MRDM Intent I said that the situation would've been completely different in that room and you ignored me and kept asking the same question to the other Moderator in the staff room.

I would've explained more but you have kept asking the Moderator the same question and ignored me. after that, I told you what will ur punishment be and guide you to the forums that issued the ban.

who is jhon and what complaint im making a ban appeal not a complaint and my names not jhon. and i never ignored u i was asking u both the question and none of u could answer and still now no one can tell me how u determine whether or not someone has intent.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing the footage provided to me, you killed a multitude of people within the CI spawn area with a hailstorm, unless the staff member was there to prevent this, you would have likely continued killing the players in the room, you had 0 RP reason to kill these players from the footage I have seen, as such the Mass RDM ban will remain.

You may re-appeal in 3 weeks​
