Why are you applying for Special Agent?:
I am applying for Special Agent as I wish to progress further within DEA with hopes of reaching Department Manger or further. I want to help DEA by holding a leadership position within DEA so that I can do more recruitment drives while also assisting in reliving some stress from the higher ups in DEA. I enjoy dealing with Surface SCPs and Surface breaches but also doing negations with CI or leading a patrol.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
What makes me suitable is I have high energy and positivity meaning I'm always active on DEA trying to do my best every day that I am on while maintaining a highly active streak to ensure that I can get most out of my time on the server. I'm always trying to lead patrols or help in leading a hunt for a surface SCP as I find it very enjoyable. I also would make it my mission to ensure that I am helping the DEA leadership by taking on extra jobs if it meant assisting them and taking some stress away.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: I have yet to write any documents however what makes a document good is to ensure that it has a good title, headers and paragraphs which get to the core of the topic it is discussing. It should also have good grammar but also not too complicated so that people know what it says. Example being the doc that talks about MC&Ds access to the inside of the Foundation.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?: The responsibilities of a Special Agent are as follows.
Training and Recruiting new DEA Agents/Operatives while leading by example
Leading Negations with CI or GOC for SCPs/Hostages
Hosting Senior Agent Tryouts
Approving MC&D permits
Escorting GOIs (GOC, MC&D) around the foundation
Dealing with Agents/Operatives who aren't following rules or causing issues.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Ashton 'Bandit' Poole was a member of the Serpent's Hand for many years, he had read many of the books stored within the great library though never hoped to finish them all as it's collection was too vast. He became involved with the group after him and some close friends began looking into the unexplained and anonymous, he and his small group were picked up by members of the hand and later became operatives for the group helping to unveil the secrecy of the Foundation and the anomalist.
After a few years working for the Hand he decided to what they sought was too dangerous to be revealed to the world, believing it could lead a massive loss of life and instead defected to the SCP foundation, turning himself in and sharing all the information knew, the people who detained him believed he would be of great use to the Foundation and using his knowledge of the Hand found ways to assist covering up any info leaks or beaches of secrecy. He would then climb through the ranks slowly as he had a long way to go to gain the trust of his new comrades. After becoming a Senior Agent he would earn his nickname Bandit by leading ambushes on GOIs and Serpent Hand members he recognised before seizing anything they had.
