How long have you been a Senior Agent for?
~ 2 weeks
Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I like DEA and their unique RP and equipment, I also like CL4 positions because they are fun and have a much higher capability of creating better RP. I want to be able to command missions on surface and train more people into DEA, as I believe I would be very good in both of these aspects due to my past experiences as both Nu7 and CI.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I have played on CN SCP RP since Jan 2022, and have experienced nearly everything the server has to offer in terms of jobs and RP. I have the necessary experience of being CL4 personnel (CPT & O1), interrogation (O1) and surface intelligence (Nu7, CI). Furthermore I have been active on DEA and know the Department well enough to train new people and help better it.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
4 - mainly infilitration based. One I did on Operation "CROSSBOW" was reviewed by an O-5 (or so I was told), and the others have been my findings about CI and documenting infilitrating their base. Mainly CI-GOC relations, I like the RP in it.
A good document is one that is written well (like you would see in actual SCP lore) and has information of substance to it. I like to put effort into these documents as it helps build DEAs reputation and is good for RP.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
- Lead DEA agents and senior agents
- Assist Agency Manager+ in admin e.g. training
- Communicate with CL4+ personnel when necessary (infoleaks, operations)
- Everything else that DEA does (surface intelligence, maintaining good relations with GOIs etc.)
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Once the longest-serving Security Captain in the Foundation's storied history, "Shield" felt the weight of his past responsibilities press heavily upon his shoulders. The endless battles against the Chaos Insurgency had taken their toll, the walls of containment units seeming to close in around him even in the relative safety of the Foundation's depths. With a heart weary of the relentless conflict, he made the audacious decision to relinquish his role and stride into the uncharted territory of the surface world. There, beneath the open sky, he sought a new kind of vigilance.
Trading the dim, artificial lighting of containment sectors for the harsh sunlight, Shield embarked on a path that led him to the recruits of the DEA. It was a shift both liberating and unnerving, a transition from the hidden horrors of the anomalous to the palpable dangers of human criminal enterprises. His reputation as a formidable Security Captain had preceded him, and his ascent through the ranks of the DEA was nothing short of meteoric. His uncanny ability to gather intelligence became his most potent weapon, honed to perfection during Operation "CROSSBOW."
It was during this operation that Shield's tenacity bore fruit, unveiling the startling underbelly of cooperation between the enigmatic Global Occult Coalition and the Chaos Insurgency. The revelation struck him like a bolt of lightning, the realization that the forces he had fought against and those he had once stood alongside were not so far apart. Armed with his unshakeable resolve and his ever-watchful drone, Shield became an unyielding sentinel, an unseen presence that traversed the shadows, gathering information, and keeping his gaze fixed on both the clandestine dealings of the green-clad enforcers and the actions of the United Nations itself.
Perched high above the world, his drone became an extension of himself—a sentinel of metal and circuitry that could traverse the heavens, its electronic eyes capturing the movements of those below, be they cloak-and-dagger agents or unsuspecting diplomats. With each passing day, Shield's pursuit of truth became more intoxicating, the chase more intense. The dichotomy of the worlds he straddled—the abyssal corridors of the Foundation and the sprawling expanse of the outside—fueled his determination.
His was a solitary quest, his true identity obscured behind layers of purpose and vigilance. As he observed the world from the heavens, watching every maneuver of the men in green, Shield knew that he was standing at the precipice of revelation. The skies held secrets, and as a recently promoted Special Agent, he was determined to unveil them all, whatever the cost. The drone's soft hum became his battle cry, echoing through the winds as he stalked the secrets of the powerful and remained ever-watchful, a sentinel of justice unbound by the confines of the past.
