For how long have you played on CG SCP: I'm honestly surprised but I've apparently somehow played 160 hours approximately (Approximately 3/4's of that time is DEFINITELY on a researcher role!) If you want information on when I specifically joined the server, I'd have to say about 6 weeks ago, at the start of May.

Cool Stuff (In Character)

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I've got a keen eye for research, it's where I spend most my time in Site 65. In particular I enjoy creating the most interesting and engaging tests and documents I possibly can, for both the reader and the test subject, as I find that a lot of tests can be interesting to read, but often be incredibly boring for the actual test subject themselves, often being too simple or too short. Striking a fine balance is incredibly important. I enjoy finding this balance and I'd like to push this even further as an executive researcher.

Becoming Executive Researcher would ensure I can expand my duties across Site 65 that goes beyond the limits of just testing and documenting,
I want to challenge myself. People seem to enjoy the documents I put out and the ideas I bring to the table, and I think I have new ideas that I can bring to the department as a whole.
I do enjoy writing documents for tests, but part of me does yearn for more to do within the facility, I enjoy it when I have positive interactions with other personnel from other departments and meeting them, and I feel that with Executive this would increase tenfold as I do my best to assist those in need of my assistance and get along with them, as long as they aren't too rude of course.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
In almost all my test documents so far, I have aimed to try and use them to inspire those who read them to the end by using the results I have gathered to suggest ways researchers could further develop them, if I was Executive Researcher, this would most likely increase tenfold where inspiring lower researchers would be a priority, going as far as to come up with suggestions for interesting avenues up front and close with researchers who I am helping, instead of just in documents.

Furthermore, I am someone who prefers to delve into something knowing as much as possible with the most detail, this means that in testing situations, and other situations which require focus, my full attention is given making sure I know what I am getting into and how to approach the situation. I also am already beginning to assist Junior Researchers who come to me with questions, pointing them in the right direction and answering their questions.

Ultimately, I am an active researcher, I rarely play other roles, and if I do it will be for a break from all the researching I've been doing. I am active on the server at least once a day usually for a few hours at a time. (Though don't be expecting this from me completely all the time, sometimes I want days off of the server!) One thing I'd like to engage in as an Executive Researcher also is lectures, I've attended multiple recently (Jesse hosts so many!) and I'd like to contribute to helping information be handed out, after all I believe I enjoy that part of Research the most, creating and distributing information.

I've been told I should consider applying multiple times, and even just recently got the approval of a CL4 member who isn't even in the Research Department, which shows the promise I bring, I've questioned and questioned if I should, wondering if it'd be too much work, but ultimately I don't think I can just write documents forever, I need more to do, I've never even been arrested by IA! Not once! I cannot promise that this streak will continue forever, we all make mistakes right?

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
At time of writing: 6 Excellent Documents and 2 Exemplary Documents. These are:

Research Study - SCP-7722 Homophobia Test (Exemplary)
Research Study - SCP-714 Reaction and Ability ( Exemplary)
Research Study - SCP-096 Deadly Faces and Amnestics (Excellent)
Research Study - SCP-8837 The Geo Genius Quiz Show (Excellent)
Research Study - SCP-082 Food Opinions and Eating Disorders (Excellent)
Research Study - SCP-082 with SCP-999 (Excellent)
Research Study - SCP-012 with SCP-999 (Excellent)
Research Study - SCP-178 Establishing Communication (Excellent)

I try and come up with interesting test ideas on a variety of the SCPs in the facility, after the scipnet experiment log wipe I've been seeing too many scps with no test documents at all on them!

An excellent document is dependent on really four things:
Detail - An excellent document can not and should never be vague or simplistic in it's pages, most excellent documents utilise smalltext to fit the most on a page, and thereby getting down the most detail for each section of the document, following on from this...

Layout - An excellent document should contain these sections at minimum:
Cover Page - Good for presentation purposes, title, scp
Index - Good for readers wanting to read a specific page such as aims or results
SCP Description - A page or 2 of outlining what the SCP is shows deep understanding of what you are testing
Objectives/Aims - What are you testing, 1 of if not the most important page(s)
Method - How will you test, again, very important for an executive/director to see
Safety - What will you do to keep yourself and other personnel during the test safe? Having this shows even more great understanding of the test.
Ideal Outcome/Hypothesis - 1 or both of these is good to have, what do you hope will happen in the test? What do you think is the most realistic outcome? Detailing why you think these is always important.
Test Results - Most important page
Conclusion - What information you can gather with the test results and what can be done with said information

Other things you can include are:
Equipment Needed, for tests where multiple items are required to perform the test
Expenses, a little made up RP page for how much equipment and testing costs
Contingencies, what will take place in the case of emergency or if nearing emergency status?
Interviews, depending on the test, it's good to include interviews with either SCPs or D Class or even security there for the test, shows evidence of RP taking place.
Images, Again, evidence of RP, and everyone likes looking at pictures right?
Other tests that have taken place in preparation for the test, samplings, chemical tests, etc.

Grammar and Spelling - A readable and legible document is a good document.

Length and Engagement - An interesting test makes a good document, and a bit of humour can go a long way. Length is important too, especially now as I believe there is now a requirement for an excellent document to be 10 pages.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
An Executive Researcher is responsible for many things, so many things, that it's better to make a list:

- Grading Documents under the basis of being Poor, Average, Good, or Excellent (Or Denied)
- Onboarding new researchers who have recently joined and giving them a rundown on how things work
- Answering questions or assisting other researchers in testing or documentation
- Performing Tests and Writing Documents (Standard for all researchers)
- Authorising Tests from lower clearance researchers
- Approving Junior Researcher credits with (I believe) !approveall
-Performing Lectures for researchers to engage in and learn
- Communicating and Assisting other departments with research related matters such as sampling
- Job banning research personnel who are a continuous nuisance to the Department and Foundation as a whole

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
(Cut me some slack I have absolutely no idea if this is any good)
Sr Researcher Bella Valencia started their journey in NASA of all places, working in the blind of all the SCPs involved with NASA and those up in space. She worked in the Science division of course. On an unexplained project given by higher-ups involving the investigation of some unidentified and unanalysed moon rock gathered from the moon. Bella would unknowingly dive too deep into this investigation, noticing a small piece of unidentified metal. Without even realising, the leaders of this investigation had placed a piece of SCP-4220 into Bella's hands, a piece barely scraped off in a small excavation of the moon from years ago of the underground facility located inside the damn moon. This would lead Bella down a rabbit hole, trying to identify where this metal came from, after digging in files and records, way beyond her clearance and lost to time, Bella would eventually uncover the truth of the moon, it's hollowness, the facility inside, NASA's secret dealings with the SCP Foundation, and even as far as the far side of the moon unknown to Earth's population.

Following this, Bella would go on the run. Far away from Washington D.C where NASA was based and any government bodies who might know of the treachery committed. Surprisingly none of them were aware of this top secret uncovering, but the SCP Foundation was. They always are.

Bella Valencia now resided and lay low in the small town of North Battleford, Canada. Not knowing what to do with the information they learned, unknowingly and conveniently an hour away from Site 65, the SCP Foundation had an easy time tracking her down. Confrontation ensued, and luckily the Foundation were impressed with Valencia's scientific study skills and her uncovering of SCP-4220, as lucky as it was. Her choice was simple, though lacked a lot of context to be desired.

- Join the SCP Foundation
- Be Terminated
- Lose all memory of the last year of her life.

Begrudgingly she took the first option, money was hard on her currently in such a small town laying low, and losing such a large amount of time and dying didn't exactly seem like great options. Now in the Foundation's ranks as Researcher, Bella acquainted herself with the facility and what it stood for. Ultimately she's there to survive against a harsh world. Despite the dangerous creatures and items and encroaching forces of the Chaos Insurgency, she finds it to be better here than out there where it's filled with politics, global warming, wars, and poverty. Bella quickly however realised the Foundation's true nature, to live in the darkness while the others live in the light. This duty took the veil off, realising that the Foundation was a necessary evil to fight the battles against that which the world can't handle. Following on from this, Bella would come to realise the worst part of the Foundation for her, Epsilon 11. The biggest necessary evil of all, their ID checks, while absolutely necessary, annoyed the hell out of her, and a bad experience which almost got her thrown away into a cell over a misunderstanding only furthered this dislike. Bella would go on to take a keen eye to SCPs like SCP-8837, which correlated the most to her previous work and would look for ways to improve it's containment and document it more than it currently was. Other SCPS that peak Bella's interest are SCP-7722 for it's devotion to Christianity, and SCP-082's fascination for lying and cannibalism, looking for ways to lower the risk of cannibalism and how SCP-082's brain works.
