Character name(s):Ben C

-Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- IA Ambassador CI-A
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
-N/A
Why are you applying for Director of Internal Affairs?
-I've been an Ambassador for a few weeks now, and with Viktor on ROA, I've been running IA and training new agents a lot, and I feel if I was given the Director of Internal Affairs role, I could set in stone new ways to deal with certain things and get more active Ambassadors on site to help make things move more freely. I want to set more training up so the agents know what to do when on site, and I also want to start to give agents more roles in IA.
What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Affairs?:
-Well, like said, I feel like I've been running IA while Viktor is away on ROA. There are other Ambassadors on to help, but I've been doing most of the training and setting the agents up in positions around the site, so I'd say I know how to run IA. As well, since joining the SCPRP, all I've done is IA, so it's all I know and all I ever do tbf, so I know my stuff, I'd say. And as Director, I will be able to make the Ambassador team more active and, as I'm always around and have quite a bit of free time at the moment, I can help change IA and push it in the right direction to make it better. I'm in the Army, so I have the discipline and leadership skills already built into me and I'm OK with dishing out punishment to people, I like if they have done something wrong.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Affairs in RP?:
-As the director of internal affairs, you basically run IA and make sure all your ambassadors and agents are in check and making sure they are following and enforcing the ethics codes and laws of the site. While you are doing this, you make sure your training manuals and documents are all up to date on the new rules and ethic codes that are on site. As the Director, you report to Ethics directly. It's the directors' responsibility that the department remains active and keeps up the standards of the foundation. It's also their responsibility to make sure that things like investigations and bigger operations are being held and done by those who are able to. You also need to keep IA looking good to make sure new agents come.
Please give some lore about your Director of Internal Affairs character and what storylines they would be involved in: At the age of 16, Ben C applied to join the British army. As he did his phase 1 and 2 training, he realized how much he loved this job. He got to his unit at the age of 18 He then found out about doing selection for the SAS but failed, but he didn't give up. He felt like he could still do it, so he tried the SRR. While on selection, the Ds saw his skills and how he could adapt to any situation. He passed selection for the SRR. He has spent his whole life in the British Army and is now looking for a more easy-going job. He was assigned to the foundation as a guard. From there, he watched loads of people break the COE, and he couldn't do anything about it as a guard. He just had to sit and watch. After months of doing guard duty as a Gensec, he went up to the IA and asked to join them. When he got accepted, he felt like he was back in the SRR doing undercover missions just watching and observing people, one of his favorite things to do, but this time he was here to ensure the foundation staff were following the COE. Now he wants to go up the chain and progress through the ranks of IA. Since becoming an Ambassador, Ben C. has only wanted the best for the IA department. He has been doing his best to train some good agents, but he feels like he can still do more.
