What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: I believe I can bring both good RP and Good PVP to the GOC. During my time as a CI-BCOM I Learned how to lead and organize large groups of people as well as bring new tactics into the picture. As you can ask any Person who played CI during my time knows that my Strategies and RP skill lead to some of the best Raids and RP scenarios CI have seen as of late. I can also bring Huge amounts of activity as you can see by both the time I joined being only 4 months ago yet I have put a fourth of that time into the GMOD server. If I am given the opportunity to fight with and Assist the GOC I believe I will be a very Important asset. Also During my time as an A-1 CSG I Developed my PVP skills greatly and won many competitions against my fellow A-1. and particularly as a PK I developed Important RP skills and developed my RP in general. I believe I could bring interesting and in depth RP scenarios to the GOC. I also during my time in E-11
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: In my Multi year long obsession with the SCP community I have always held a special love for the GOC and the policies they have. This all started after I read SCP-5000 and learned of the GOC Bunker/Base Pangea. I have read tens of lore interactions and written a few of my own. I believe that given the chance I could shine in this position and the idea of that both excites me and Gives me further inspiration to pour hundreds of hours into this server. I also think that I would prefer the type of RP that the GOC could include as I have tried every aspect of RP in this server and being a member of a GOI and the GOC in particular are fitting to the type of person I am.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: The GOC was formed after the 7th Occult war and the Actions of the Nazis who sparked in response the UN decided it needed a coalition designated to counter Paranormal activity and prevent this type of thing from happening in the future. The GOC Was initially made up up around 100 groups of paranormal nature. The UN also agreed that Other groups may be given funding and assistance along as they agree to being overseen by the UN and of course follow UN legislation on the matters. Another reason the GOC was formed was to counter balance the SCP Foundations as these had been around for tens of years previous to the creation of the GOC.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
Physics
The Physics division handles all investigation of potential threat entities swell as the capture of these threat entities if viewed necessary. Physics also upholds Goals 3 and 4 In the Five Fold mission. Destroying any Threat entities if deemed necessary and Investigation of other paranormal groups. Physics maintains the protection of both the GOC and the general wider human race.
Pysche
The Psyche division focuses on Diplomacy of the GOC both towards international governments and other Groups of interest or paranormal groups. The Psyche also deals with observation of the SCP Foundation. They are tasked with upholding relations with the Occult to prevent any Occult wars from occurring again.
Ptolemy
Ptolemy is the Support orientated division within the GOC handling supplies maintenance as well Humanitarian aid in Paranormal related global incidents. Ptolemy also handles transport for the Pysche and Physics division
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?: The GOC Has 5 different goals coming under their "5 fold mission" their 5 goals are;
Survival
1) The most important mission of the GOC. The goal that comes before any other and any other goal may be sacrificed in order for it to be completed this being for the GOC to protect Humanity against any threat that comes from out of the norm, or other wise paranormal threats.
Concealment
2) This goal is to conceal the existence of this threat entities and ensure that humanity does not enter a state of panic due to panic inducing Anarchy which goes against the first mission.
Protection
3) Individual humans safety is paramount during GOC Activities and Missions unless this goes against the First two. So induvial humans may be sacrificed In order to keep humanity in all safe.
Destruction
4) The destruction of paranormal threat entity's this is paramount as the mere existence of Paranormal threats goes against the first three objectives which are most important. Drastic measures may be taken into account if it is in the interest of Humanity.
Education
5)The GOC do everything they can to learn more about paranormal threat entities up to the extent that it remotely threatens any of the first 4 missions at which point education is turned to destruction.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War: The seventh Occult war could be described as a shadow War. As it occurred in secrecy between the SCP foundation, The GOC And Nazi SS Paranormal exploiters who used their knowledge of the paranormal to attempt to create doomsday weapons. The Seventh Occult war lead directly to the formation of the GOC and is credited with the creation of many SCP's. The War itself was mostly depicted of The Nazis attempting to exploits threat paranormal entity's to create doomsday weapons whilst the Foundation and GOC tried their hardest to destroy these weapons and stop the Nazis from exploiting Paranormal threat entity's too much. After the war ended the UN Created the GOC to prevent any further Occult wars.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?: The GOC Is very different from any other group in the SCP-Universe I say this beacuse all other groups orientate themselves around the Paranormal whether it be the study of them, the worship of The paranormal or even the creation of them. Whilst the GOC is focused on Humans and the protection of Humanity. They wish to establish order within the World. Although most other groups have an idea that the GOC are mindless destructive physcopaths. And they have this reputation due to their Destruction Goal however the GOC only destroys threat entities due to their inherit nature of causing loss of live to humanity. The GOC also have oversight from a Global committee with representatives of the 108. And the UN Security council. This means the GOC

Biographical Information: Archer Owens was born into a small family in a small town in the outskirts of Dallas, Texas called Alvarado. Archer's father served in he U.S. Marine Corps until he was pronounced KIA in 1991 after serving in Operation Desert Storm. Archers mother dealt with her grief of the death with alcohol and drug consumption and 4 years later, when Archer was only 11 he found him self stuck in the social system bouncing between households. On Archers 18th birthday he put in his application to join 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade alongside his step-brother Marcus. After a just short of a year of vigorous training both Archer and Marcus were enrolled into 2ndMEB in 2006.On the 8th of July 2009 Archer was promoted the the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt). In 2009 Archer was Honourably Discharged from 2ndMEB due to suffering severe PTSD from his involvement in Operation "Strike of the Sword" in southern Afghanistan. After 4 years of therapy it was deemed that Archer had recovered from this condition and proceeded into private security.
Career Service Vitae: Slowly Worked his way up the ranks reaching The rank of GySgt in the US Marine Core.
Awarded the Purple heart for saving a Officer from an IED strike in late 2008
Worked his way to getting explosives trained and EOD certificate becoming Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialist for his squad.
