Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

- I want to become an Inspector to use old and new tricks for agents I had as a previous member of IA leadership. I worked with other departments to boost relations even with those who despise ISD, I see myself not as a virtuous man but as a hard-working member who has to do his job as intended by leadership, I want to help new agents with the advice I had from my experience, whether it's about the arrest or in a tense situation, ISD tend to experience one of the toughest situations more than your average MRP Hostage Negotiations, whether it's a civil war between departments/regiments or ISD being in shambles or ISD being at war with departments over pettiest reason, I'd want the best for the department whether my choice matter or not.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:

-As a former Internal affairs director and ambassador (Internal Security) I was responsible for many investigations when I was director, one of them was an investigation towards an MTF reg (which I won't say), I've selected people who I believe who could handle a simple investigation whether it's on an individual or the department/regiments itself. I had ambassadors who I taught and they became future site admins or else etc, i held three consecutive positive reviews as DIA, and I like to have friends in other departments so they can be useful for ISD purposes (No knife in the back though unless it's ordered by higher-ups), i want to be something more than positive role-model for agents/Operatives and Investigators something like permanent influence so they can keep it in their nerve system.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- to put it short and simply a member of the Internal Security is a lecturer an advisor to agents/operatives and investigators, a non-bias, a man or woman who knows when it's time to necessary cruel to those who tend to be ignorant, Inspectors is a high-stress job (Which gave me grey hairs btw) and calm and collected person who doesn't push people aside to do his biddings, inspector will always be there to enforce and shown nobody is above foundation legal codex. this is the ideal inspector is and always be.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

-i didn't count, to be honest, but I wrote a lot since I came back, though English isn't my first language, I tend to make sure I write it slowly the best I can. a good document is mainly about simple good grammar, simple but detailed and good spelling that makes good documents, ISD tend to make documents whether on arrest or investigations it's about making a short novel book which you start.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
-I'm going to put in orders to be it simply

1. Train new agents/operatives and show them the ropes
2. Observe agents and investigations are doing
3. Handling complains
4. help with subdivisions
5. Be Professional and all time when on duty
6. Approve or deny arrest reports
7. Assign agents/operatives and investigators to POIS
8. work closely with fellow inspectors+
that's all i know about inspector job

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

- i see myself a great influence to agents, investigators and inspectors, wise man once said actions speak louder than words so i use my actions whether by choice or movement, i did many investigations as ambassador and handling them too as DIA. i've be wanting to make a private investigations and give them to those i trust they are competent enough to do it, i want to make future careers for agents and investigators so they can progress within the foundation's chain of command (Agents ->Investigators->inspectors> Sr Cl4 jobs etc). i like to make future changes to the departments whether minor or major to the guideline or the department itself.

I have experience as both former ambassador and Director of Internal affairs (Internal Security), i lead not only the department but goc and MRP regiment back in my days, i know how other departments/regiments works. i use these experience as ISD Member whether it's to arrest someone or in a combative scenario (Tranquilizing Type-Blue etc).

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Neutral
A few mistakes on the application itself however I'm willing to forgive due to you saying English isn't your first language. However I would go over the application and correct them.

My personal experiences with you have left much to be desired.
I feel some answers to be a little vague.

Does perform investigations well.

Could you elaborate more on the investigations you did as a lot of your answers are based around you performing and managing investigations with little explanation on what any of these were or what your role in them was.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

Could you explain more on why you would be a good leadership position outside of investigations.
