Not many comments here, was quite a dickhead in the past and hoping to move on from it.

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
I am applying for this position as I feel as I'm ready to take a step into the next chapter in medical.
I want to contribute more than I am now, by aiding the department with licensing and administrative work. I have enough time on my hands to be actively on site providing medical with the consistent care and attention that it deserves meanwhile creating new and exciting roleplay for my fellow Doctors! To add more though I do wish to gain more experience in Site-65, I have thoroughly enjoyed being a Doctor and a Senior Doctor with all the responsibilities they bring however (you might know this if you read my Registrar suggestion) I think that there is a lot more I can do and want to do, I want to be more involved in the creation of wider RP while learning the ropes of CL4 duties!
-
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
Phew, tough question to answer when talking about myself ahah, I think I'd be well suited as I'm pretty energetic, I have had many ideas that I would like to motion for as a consultant; I have a lot of RP scenarios planned for medical, a lot of RSDxMedical where GM assistance would be requested. I think all in all the reason I am applying is that I have fallen for medical, the gameplay loop isn't really a loop at all as there's always something interesting and odd happening (Mr. Halloway *cough*) and it's the department I've chosen to pour my love and time on.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
Oooo! Alright so context, this is not a common procedure but it is one I had to do for a member of ethics and it was genuinely a blast to RP it! (it is cl4 so dont bite me emilya): This is the procedure of SCRAMBLE prosthetic eye recalibration!

Right!
Step 1: Unscrew the security screw on the chasis of the eye
Step 2: Push in the dome (eyeball) from below until you hear a click!
Step 3: Take the dome to a sanitary space and use a heatgun to warm up the adhesive
Step 4: Pry open the dome gently and look for the etchings alongside the cogs
Step 5: Gently with a silicone tipped tweezer push the cogs so they are aligned with the etching
Step 6: Make sure the inner-dome is aligned with the indent
Step 7: Apply a miniscule bit of silicon-based adhesive and gently push the domes into a sphere
Step 8: Re-attach the dome the same you took it off (Step 2.)
Step 9: Screw in the security screw and hope the person can see again!

This was honestly a blast, I failed a few rolls and had to RP out a fix meanwhile hoping the assistant doesn't charge me the $700,000 for the cogs! :D

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
There is infinitely more than what I will mention however these are to my knowledge the most common ones:
(A)
Licensing! One of their main responsibilities is to ensure that Medical Trainees are trained and ready for medical work!
Alongside standard licensing they are also expected to alongside CMS' train doctors into the field of Combat Medics!

(B)
Managing! Consultants are Junior CL4 personnel which are expected to be present in med-bay to sort out any issues or concerns anyone has over medbay while making sure our fridges are stocked up and ready for curing our personnel!

(C)
Inter-departmental relations! This is an important one, consultants are the first step in the ladder of medical when it comes to other departments concerns or questions, they are often the first to receive any complaints and/or cross-departmental testing requests!

(D)
Documentation! (one of my favorites) Consultants are expected to aid the medical department in the production and maintenance of medical-related documentation whether it be training guides, templates or policies/handbooks (and of course roster work (or so i assume :D))

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Bjoren Toreson was an aspiring physician for a small clinic in Canada, he had a soft heart for nature and animals and was out once in the woods on a city bordering the Saskatchewan province. While hiking he met 4 rather oddly-dressed agents of the foundation (he had no damn clue these were Nu-7) he quickly provided first aid to the injured one and was immediately restrained after and brung to Site-65 to be amnesticated and released. During the time it took for the Nu-7 to get the amnestics a Site Advisor was walking by, inquiring about this man he found out about his medical background! Bjoren was of norwegian decent so it was odd that he was here in the first place however after talking with Nu-7 they agreed to let the advisor interview Bjorn and question him. The advisor then through some light hearted joking ended up offering Bjorn a job as a Junior Doctor within Site-65, he gladly accepted it (mainly stockholm-syndrome as he was scared to death) and now is a Senior Doctor within Site-65, not much happens to Bjorn; he's usually quiet and remains to himself in medbay quickly giving people cures he keeps in his pockets although at times his demeanor and voice can suddenly shift, often due to overstimulation and loud voices.

+Support Bjorn is a great cowboy and a even greater medical staff I would love to see him get consultant! He was the first person ever to ask me for clairvoyance for medics and it was quite fun learning alongside him.

-support The way you have handled situations previously gives me the belief you should never hold a CL4 role unless you change the way you conduct yourself entirely. You are blacklisted from AO for photoshopping your warns, lying to regcom and harrassing FCOM members at the time to the point it became a severe OOC problem. You also have a habit for tending to pull rank which is not a good trait to have for someone aspiring to become a CL4. It has been a couple of months and I believe people can change but I have seen very little from you that suggests you have changed.
