Given that you have only been back on the server for roughly 1-2 weeks, I have not seen anything that suggests to me that you have changed from the way you acted last time you were playing the server and the way you approached FCOM and AO with that entire line of scenarios. There was a lot of problems with you harassing members of FCOM, both ICly and OOCly, to the point that staff had to separate you and another individual due to how bad it became.
