Why should you be unblacklisted: I made this mistake in genuine error, I did not intend to avoid anything and I simply forgot to disable my VPN. I will not make this error in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: By reading and following the rules as written.
