What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
In my opinion I am a good fit for OSA because, I have been on the server for roundabout a year now with almost constant activity throughout and, thus have gained a lot of knowledge on how the Server and the RP on Site 65 works. Besides that I am now for a second time in A1 as a CPL and, have been a CSG before and through that have a lot of knowledge on how F3 works, how to manage it and to do the RP around it.
Also I have gained a lot of insight into the day to day tasks/RP of an Overseer Assistant through escorting them a lot during my 2 times in A1 and interacting a lot with them. I also fulfill every Order given to me as best as I can and love to support my regiment/superiors as much as possible. I can handle having a lot of authority very well as I have had high positions with a lot of Authority elsewhere and know how to give commands/orders properly without them backlashing.
Besides beeing able to manage F3 when I am the highest ranking person on it, I am also good at doing RP, creating it and interacting with People around me and, I love playing out my Characters Lore and also put quite the effort into it. Lets take my current A1 Character 'Crusader' as an example, he is an A1 Operative who has been reassigned from Reliquary Area 27 to Site 65 and has been specialising himself in Theological Anomalys especially in connection to Christianity.
He always carries a bible and other religious objects with him and, has had an encounter with an unkown anomaly before, on which he has no memory on and is trying to remember it with the help of RsD and Medical. I play out this lore with regular conversations with 7722 about the Crusades, reading the bible when nothing is happening, saying out prayers, talking in a more medieval way (e.g. instead of saying "yourself" I say "thyself" etc.) and following the way of God as best as I can as an A1. Aswell as involving RsD and Medical into my Characters lore. I also use my experience in video editing to make my RP more interesting/immersive.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
You can see an Assistant as like the working Hand of the Council and are the go to people for the Council to get stuff done, approving documents or representing them in their abscenes.If needed they carry out Investigations ordered by the Council and do so with the help of A1 to enforce it. OSAs are also able to authorize a sweep of D-Block or give D-Class work permits.Besides that their tasks also revolve around observing Areas/Regiments within the site and make reports to them. Whilst also being the main Messanger of the Council to deliver messages to certain people if the O5 are not able to do it themself or tasked an OSA with it, they also help A-1 with their tasks.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Beeing noticable with me beeing in A1 twice now already, I am in love with the RP of Floor 3 and want to expand mine regarding it. As of now i was only able to experience Floor 3 as A1 and while that already involves me a lot in it its still more so focused around combat or doing the dirty work. But with OSA I also want to engage even more with personell and carry out the Councils will in a different way then I have in A1, also because i have mainly been in MTFs as of now.
As I love the RP of OSA I also am able to get CL4 experience in a job I really like and with people around me I really like. As sadly i havent been able to get A1 LT in my first time in A1 so i missed out on CL4 experience. And I want to enlarge my RP experience in generell and engage more with personell while still getting Orders from the Council.
But my Main Goals havent changed and so I also want to get a step further into reaching O5 oneday with it.
As I love the RP of OSA I also am able to get CL4 experience in a job I really like and with people around me I really like.
