I would like to thank you all very much for your opinions, but there are a few things that I would like to ask about:

To Jerome: I really tried my best with this application and I’m not much of a writer, also for the bans & warnings, they are all very old. Over 7 months old. I do not see why they should count.


To otters: Me and you don’t really inter that much. I have had very little interactions with you. How could you tell my maturity? Anyways I am really working on that part.

Hello Blue, this alone screams why you are simply not ready for the staff team yet, you yourself are disregarding the copious amounts of warnings & bans you have received on the server, regardless of how old they may be. You lack maturity, competency and lack the motive to improve on this, this may sound "harsh" or "unreasonable", but it's the honest truth. I wish you the best of luck in your future applications, but I believe you aren't fit for staff at this current moment in time.

The denial is because I do not feel you have made an effort to become more well-known and integrated with the community. Some tips on how to become well known or better your image can include being active on the forums, playing different roles on the server so jobs and etc, and speaking to people in the discord.
