Broda is nothing but the best pick. There is no one else on the server that is more deserved and good for this position.
When Broda was my DoIA months ago he was nothing but perfect, professional, kind, intelligent. He always made the best calls, guided people to success no matter who they were. Honestly I dont think I would have EVER gotten to where I am now without Broda. He showed me how much hard work pays off, any mistake I made he always addressed them professionaly and taught me how to learn from those mistakes, I really mean it when I say I would not have been Commissioner, ECA, Ambassador/Inspector, Staff, E-11 LT & CPT. I was more than delighted to work on and talk about the rework with him even for a little bit. Once I heard he was returning as DoISD that was what kept me in the department for longer
Broda is the perfect candidate for the position, he has more than enough experience, the upmost professionality and his app is amazing.

Hi Eric, You have a somewhat good point.
I've left 3 times in 3 Years which is something not exactly crazy in my books. If you are expecting someone to stick at something continuously that long then they are either just seat warming or impassionate.
I left when I was Chairman due to an IRL Security Job demanding night shift hours (12 hours over night). I left when I was O5-1 as at the time there was little to no support from SL with all the issues going on which then sets up players to burnout. Just ask my successors, they'll tell you the same. I won't divulge why I left as O5-4, It is private.
Regardless of how you feel about it, thank you for leaving feedback and appreciate your honesty.
