Why are you applying for Special Agent?
Throughout my time on the server and especially in recent, I have always found DEA as an extremely interesting and often fun department to play and help others in playing. Becoming a Special Agent would allow me to further enjoy and progress within the department and lead those below me with more rewards and authority being able to approve things like infiltrations or raids to help others learn or have fun doing things they haven't before. I also wish to utilise some of the new equipment like snipers which i find very enjoyable to use on surface.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I have had lots of experience in leadership in my previous positions, and helping lead Agents / Operatives as a Sr Agent. I also am quite experienced at things like diplomacy and negotiations from my time as a GOC LT. Over my time as a Sr Agent I have gained lots of skills that are useful for being a DEA CL4 like document writing and infiltration skills. My time as Sr Agent and previously as a GSD CPT have helped me learn both the responsibilities of a DEA CL4 and of a CL4 overall on site.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have written many testing documents alongside a few incident reports. Personally I believe documents are made good by both the content and formatting of a document, documents should have a good balance between the two. This is because poor formatting makes a document difficult to read which lowers its overall quality and ease of use, difficult to read documents make content irrelevant as you can struggle to find it. In addition, content is essential as if you have an excellently formatted document but no content, theres nothing to read and the document becomes useless. The last essential thing in a document is grammar, poor grammar makes it extremely difficult to easily read the documents content, making it of similar importance as formatting.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
-> Help manage relations with GOI's.
-> Help handle info breaches on surface.
-> Manage MC&D entry to site / banning from site.
-> Aid in the response to trespassing within foundation.
-> Train newer DEA Agents and ensure they are fully aware of DEA Procedures and Rules.
-> Authorise infils and raids on external GOI's
