I believe the ones from 2-3 years ago have expired, and the ones fairly recently was when i returned to the server and was familiarising myself with the rules again.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
Well, while there are a breadth of reasons like being able to investigate flc violations better, or arresting higher clearance personnel- for me it mainly comes down to the ability to RP. Higher quality roleplay is often locked behind cl4 limitations in which all you can do as an investigator is either wait for a majority of the roleplay to finish, or resume your duties around the foundation. However, this is not to be mistaken as my sole motivator to become an inspector-upholding the flc is the my largest desire to wanting to become an inspector, and if promoted i'll be able to go after arrests and breaches of the flc that i couldn't previously.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
During my time at ISD, i've only been surrounded by the best the department has to offer, i've learnt from both Inspector Stryker and Grayman- as well as a few of the commissioners like Keith in TRU trainings. I've taken my role as Investigator seriously yet been as fair as can be, instead of jail time punishments i've given far more verbal warnings as well as citations when necessary. These traits of being harsh on the arrest but lenient on the punishment are what i believe to be what the foundation needs more of, and what i strive to do more of as an inspector. I've also been a part of a few tribunals, one of which i lead the investigation of. The first tribunal on site-65 against a department head- this experience lead me to understanding more of the foundations legal system and how exactly everything operated as well as how best to interact with other departments. Instead of butting heads we can instead find better outcomes through foundation channels. Now, i am willing to admit my RP is a little behind than some of my peers; but i still firmly believe that with the necessary adjustments i can put my best foot forward in improving this.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Someone whos legal knowledge matches their ability to make quick and firm decisions. An inspector isn't infallible, but to others it would seem so. I also believe an inspector needs to be completely impartial and fair, opting to give jail time when necessary- but also focusing less on jail time and more on more unique and 'funny' punishments, ones that encourage roleplay instead of sitting in a cell for 3 minutes.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
While i don't believe it to be 'major' i wrote an incident report of the very first tribunal on site-65. The information was put concisely whilst also keeping the core of the details in an easy to read manner with all relevant footage and evidence put beneath each section. I believe it to be well writing precisely because of this format- written so that any ISD personnel could read the document and immediately understand the wherewithal of the situation. Other than this i haven't really written any major documents, but it is definitely something i am interested in, in the future.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
An ISD inspector needs to train and guide the newer personnel to the department, showing them the ropes and the areas in our wing. Doubly, they need to be present for any questions they might have, in a sense 'mentoring' them and showing them what they can and can't do. I remember i myself being slow to start simply because i didn't know the limitations an ISD agent had, being able to remedy this confusion is what an inspector is there for. Inspector also: Take point if there are no higher ranking personnel on site, reach out to other departments if issue concern them, deal with any issues that superceed an agent or investigator, interview any personnel below them that might have promise. And finally, they must uphold the FLC even to their own department.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe myself to be fit for isd leadership because of the experience i've gained on the ISD job, i've spent so much time looking through situations through the lens of the FLC; this is not to toot my own horn- the most serious i've taken the server and time most spent is all on ISD, this is to say that my time on the server has been spent in conjunction(and occasional opposition) of the FLC. I know the in's and out's and what is needed to maintain the integrity of the department. I do also recognise that if accepted it will be my first CL4 position on the server, and so if promoted i will take proactive steps to make myself more knowledgeable on the other duties that arise from this.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
As of right now i don't have any written lore for 'Caim', but i do intend on expanding on his roleplay further within the isd and out of the department as well. For starters 'Caim' has already been in numerous rp situations with his superiors, one of which was his dpt director who was never seen after the tablet incident. Also another storyline was with the dpt director of medicine Tobias, who 'Caim' investigated on charges of corruption. In the future more roleplay scenarios like the ones above are sure to happen again, with 'Caim' at the heart of some.
