I have seem that there are 2 positions that have been left open after the unfortunate passing of Member Drake and the Chairman's promotion to Chairman. I wish to fill one of these positions so I have filled out the application forms Member O' Keefe handed out a while ago. I finally think I am ready to tackle the hardship and responsibility of being Foundation Command so the application should arive in your inbox in the coming days or the same day this letter reaches you. I hope yourself and Member O' Keefe like what you read. Should you require any additional information I am either in Core Sector, your office or just my externals. What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
At this moment I am applying for the position of Ethics Committee Member.
First of all, I am applying because of my history within the Ethics Committee. I have been an Ethics Assistant for over 7 months now and in this time I have worked with lots of Ethics Committee Members and learned a lot from them. E.G. What they mainly do, How they do their job ETC...
Secondly, is my position within the Ethics Committee. As of now I am the Chairman's Personal Assistant. In my time as his Assistant I believe it is putting me the closest I will get to being an Ethics Committee Member unless this application gets accepted. I have been carrying out direct orders from the Chairman and have not been reprimanded so far so I think it is going well.
Third of all, I want to help with the current state of RolePlay on the server. While there is still lots thanks to the current Ethics Committee and O5 Council I believe I can put even more RolePlay in that bunch offering lots of new potential for all departments and make the server fun for others as lots just want to do RolePlay over combat. If I were to get the position I would focus on departments in general but first I would focus on departments of which I think do not get a lot of engagement from the Ethics Committee or general RolePlay first then work my way through the list making sure all my RolePlay is something that everyone involved can enjoy. I also think that this would increase the RolePlay that stems from everyone in other departments due to frequent RolePlay interactions and if not I could advise them to try harder for RolePlay and from this RolePlay it could set a friendly line among players which I think is much needed.
Lastly, I think it is a great opportunity for myself. I think this because while I am much better at creating Roleplay now, I still don't think I am all the way there to be honest. I have not created any major RolePlay storylines or Scenarios but I have partook in a good few and carried out RolePlay well then. I believe that if I were to get this position with the assistance of the Chairman and Member O' Keefe they could help my RolePlay capabilities extend substantially and that would further help me make the server better for other players.

What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
To begin with what I think makes me the best candidate is my experience with the Ethics Committee. As I previously stated I have been an Assistant with the Ethics Committee for over 7 months now. In that time I have gauged truck loads of information on what it is like to be a Ethics Committee Member for example; What an Ethics Member does, how they do it ETC... This was all previously stated but I still believe it makes me the best candidate.
Secondly, my RolePlay across the site. Recently I have mainly been focusing on RolePlay all around the site. Whenever nothing is happening I jump at the opportunity and do RolePlay with whoever and however I can. For example; Going to D-Block and questioning D-Class on their housing and treatment then going towards GSD Leadership, sitting down and discussing the positive and negative feedback that D-Class gave. Another example was when I went down to Type-Green-B and interviewed him on his housing and treatment to which we found out Epsilon-11 treated him horribly and he desperately wanted a new design for his Containment Chamber which I am actively working upon.
Third of all, again, my position within the Ethics Committee. As previously stated I have been lucky enough to be designated the Chairman's Personal Assistant. In the time of being the Chairman's Personal Assistant I have been taking tasks that the Chairman has not wanted to do head on and have been completing this tasks at a well performed and efficient rate. The Chairman also stated "It will help you grow even further" to which I believe it has done so for me.
Lastly, my experience within the foundation as a whole. I began my journey in August of 2023 and understood nothing at first which led me to become a minge and receiving multiple blacklists from Epsilon-11 and a blacklist from A-1 however after a extensive amount of time off of the server I realized how bad I was in the community and worked on myself coming back as someone who seriously wanted to RolePlay and progress. I began working in Internal Affairs and working as a professional, efficient and responsible agent before trying to leap to the Internal Affairs Leadership team where the directors at the time along side the rest of the team saw potential within me and welcomed me to the Leadership team. This marked my journey as a CL4 member of the foundation. A few months after being a Internal Affairs Ambassador I decided to apply for Ethics Committee Assistant and Overseer Assistant to which I got both positions. After a month of being a Overseer Assistant I realized it wasn't for me and I resigned to pursue Ethics Committee Member. Eventually, alongside Ethics Committee Assistant and Internal Affairs Ambassador I reached Epsilon-11 Lieutenant which has been a long time goal of mine and it was also my first Senior CL4 position.. However a month later after I reached Epsilon-11 Captain the Internal Affairs rework rolled out and shortly after I was elected to be elevated to Internal Security Department Commissioner due to my hand in preparation for the rework internally. However I had to resign from Epsilon-11 Captain to pursue Internal Security Department Commissioner as they were both Senior CL4 but I had accomplished 2 Senior CL4 positions which I was proud of. Later I was demoted from Commissioner and stepped down from Inspector so I could go all in on the Ethics Committee. Along this journey I gathered 2 Senior CL4 positions and 3 junior CL4 positions, it also shows how much I developed as a player of the community and rose to high ground and the positions I have or had proving that I can also develop as a Ethics Committee Member. In this time I learned lots of helpful skills such as Leadership, how to RolePlay, ETC...

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
The most important one, create Roleplay for the site and everyone on the server!
Liason for either Ethics Committee Assistants or Internal Security Department.
Reprimand any high ranking personnel that have gone against the Code of Ethics or that have just been plain stupid.
Appoint a new Omega-1 Commander if there is currently none.
Give MTF Omega-1 orders and investigations to do.
Making sure the Code of Ethics is up to date and changed if relevent changes are necessary.
Represent the Foundation in meetings and interactions with the GOC.
Represent the Ethics Committee in meetings and interactions with other Foundation staff.
Issue tribunals to high ranking personnel if required.
Authorise the use of Advanced Armoury in the case of a bad breach.
Ensure that the Code of Ethics is being practised through out the entire site.
Ensure that D-Class are being used and treated appropriately.

Pre-plan big events, storylines and RolePlay for the site.
