Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
I am applying for Site Advisor for 4 main reasons. My first reason is my desire to climb the ranks of the foundation. I think it is no secret that after being an Ethics Committee Assistant for 10 months that I want to become Ethics Committee Member eventually. I believe that I can gain lots of knowledge and experience within Site Administration will be extremely benificial for me as a player and for future progress on the server and help me achieve the role of Ethics Committee Member.
Secondly, is how much I believe it will benefit me generally. I believe that going into Site Administration will teach me a whole lot about how to RP better and be a better server player along side the experience which I will need for future roles.
Third thing, I want to create RP for everyone, while yes, I have not done any MAJOR RP as an Ethics Committee Assistant I feel from the teaching of other Site Administration I will be able to create bigger and more important RP however I do know how to RP on a ok level. I can make good and fun interactions with a lot of people. I especially want to RP with the lower clearances such as CL1 and CL2 so they do not feel left out because from what I have seen RP is primarily targeted to CL3 and above.
Finally, after I went for Ethics Committee Member and got denied I was advised to go for Site Administration as 1. It is best for preparing me for Ethics Committee Member, and 2. Because it is meant to be a good next step for my progress. These were provided to me by Broda before he resigned.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
First of all, experience. I have held over 5 CL4 roles 1 being In character senior CL4, this being ISD Commissioner and 1 being Out Of Character senior CL4 this being MTF E-11 CPT. These roles have taught me how to RP and how to manage a department which I think would be very usefull skills for Site Administration.
Secondly, RolePlay. As previously stated, I have not created any MAJOR RP and I believe with the other Site Administrations help I can learn how to do big rp that can be important. However I do know how to do RP. I commonly walk around site doing some small RP with anyone I can, whether they are CL1 or CL4. I have attempted to judge tribunals aswell however something always gets in the way as if I am cursed, either I could not attend or it had to be canceled and my most recent one was dismissed due to basically everything being broken or not followed in the tribunal handbook.
Finally, my ability to onboard advice. Whenever I am given advice or directions I listen and take it onboard as I trust the word of my superiors as they got to their roles for a reason and somehow so I take on all their advice and directions as I fully believe it will help my future. This is why I am applying as stated above.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Be the monthly liason for different departments and review them.
Judge tribunals when needed.
Authorise Advanced Armoury.
Appoint Commanders for MTF NU-7 and MTF E-11.
Give opinions and depending on rank, verdict on Director of Medicine, Director of External Affairs, and Chief of Security.
Create RolePlay for site personnel.
Work with DEA to maintain relations with GOC.
