What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
There are lots of features required when it comes to deciding whether or not someone is a suitable candidate for Overseer Assistant. From my experience confidence, reputability, and common sense are key to being a credible and competent CL4 personnel. I've demonstrated my ability to thoroughly leading, creating and participating in developed RP with other players. Being given the chance to experience many different departments, I've learnt how to properly appeal RP, making it enjoyable for everyone involved; I've developed the intuition and know-how through this by a large amount of trial and error. Being able to learn from mistakes you've committed is essential as it allows you to grow as a person, integrating with the community further. Understanding why something happened, as well as listening to both sides to see where you went wrong and admitting your mistakes requires integrity and rectitude. Being involved in a position where I've held a large amount of roles in the past, I have had the chance to learn from the best when it comes to de-escalating situations and resolving conflicts effectively. My past experiences in CL4 positions have taught me the value of empathy, clear communication, and accountability.
To summarise, I'm applying for Overseer Assistant because I believe that I am a suitable candidate for the position. I've held it before, integrating with the community and position extremely well. I'm talented at documentation making me a perfect fit for the position. To give some examples of some of the RP I've led:
~2023 | Operation regarding misinformation of ethics, was based around the creation of false information and documents which would be put around the site to make foundation personnel less interested in cooperation with the department of ethics and MTF Omega-1. This operation worked extremely well, having collected and faked evidence of lots of MTF Omega-1 and ECA/ECM/ECC conduct that Omega-1 personnel were spotted doing walks around the site searching for the documents I had created. The O5 involved and myself had to drink Class-E amnestics, provided by a member of MTF Alpha-1 to have plausible deniability to the operation.
~2024 | As an OSA / Special agent, I was designated Operation Lead for an information gathering op against the GOC. We were tasked with collecting evidence of the GOC breaking agreements set between the F, and collaboration between the GOC and Chaos forces. The missions was an amazing success, utilising many DEA agents and gathering evidence of unethical behaviour from the GOC, such as kidnapping and crucifying a member of the medical department.
~2023 | As an MTF Alpha-1 SGT+, I was second in charge of a subdepartment essentially acting as the black-ops squadron of Alpha-1. I had the opportunity to develop myself as a leader and partake in lots of nefearious actions against other departments. One example of this, is that I had the power to order assassinations to be carried out by Alpha-1 on CL3 members of staff, as well as Junior CL4 members of staff with permission from the head of the department.
GM | I've also been a part of the wonderful GM team multiple times. I've learnt how to correctly and efficiently communicate between people to get stuff done.
