Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
There are a few reasons that I am applying for Site Advisor. Firstly, I would like to improve site-wide RP by leading it and including more personnel. I'm of the opinion that leading RP gives you more power in a situation, and you need to decide what to do with that. I am applying to improve RP and allow more people to participate in fun events, and more. Leading RP is an important part of CL4 roles as it allows you involve lower clearances, ensure it is fun for everyone, and much more.
Another reason that I am also applying for Site Advisor to assist personnel around the site with any issues. I'm a very helpful and "open-to-conversation" person, meaning I'm always happy to help others. Throughout my time as OSA, I've had to have a fair balance between justice and leniency, meaning that I am I applying for Site Advisor since I want to help people.
Next, Helping departments develop for the better is another major reason for me applying for Site Advisor. With recent events I believe that there is a lot to improve in all departments (not that they're bad) allowing for more personnel to be involved in day-to-day activities within the site, and improve the general status of RP, Activity, and more. This means that I am applying for Site Advisor because I want to improve all departments to be the best that they can be.
Finally, I want to expand my position within the foundation. I am applying for Site Advisor to improve the fun that people have when playing on CN. Expanding my position within the foundation will assist in (as mentioned before) improving RP, helping personnel, and much more.

During my time as an Executive Researcher I learnt the ins-and-outs of documentation, and administrative work. I believe that me having held the position of Executive Researcher alongside other CL4 positions means that I am more than suitable for Site-Administration as it proves that I am capable of handling junior CL4 positions.
Additionally, I also have experience as an Overseer Assistant. During my time as an Overseer Assistant, I conducted multiple successful operations, frequently interacting with GOI, and foundation departments, making sure to include them in on the RP that was taking place. I believe that me holding the position of Overseer Assistant proves that I am more than capable and suitable for Site Administration as it proves that I know how to listen to orders, and complete tasks swiftly.
Another reason that I am suitable for Site Administration is the fact that I'm a skilled writer, often doing creative writing for fun or for others. I believe that this makes me suitable for Site Administration because I understand that writing long winded documents and reviews is a major part of what being a Site Advisor is, and I'm willing to take on that task and complete it to the best of my ability. Additionally I'm a very observant and talkative person, further making me more suitable for Site Administration.
