What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
There is nothing much to say really apart for i have held Overseer Assistant before and many other Jr CL4 roles such as IA Ambassador, GSD Captain and Epsilon 11 Lieutenant, recently I've joined UNGOC to focus on my one weakness that many people say i have which is creation of RP so to help this i have joined UNGOC a RP focused regiment to try to better myself at the creation and leading of RP situations not just make "Good" RP but Excellent RP many people in the past have told me that i don't do my job in that making RP so i hope i can not only do this on UNGOC but also on Overseer Assistant.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:

• Following/Carrying out orders of the O5.
• Creation of projects and RP
• Giving orders to Alpha 1 if needed.
• Enforcing the FLC mostly conduct.
• Doing audits on behalf of the O5.
• Making RP for in enjoyment of the community.
• Dealing with info breaches if needed (mostly A1’s job)
• Creating/Signing documents on behalf of the O5

Recently demoted from E-11 LT due to unprofessionalism regarding a comment made in his Site Advisor application. and not even a week after being denied for SA is now applying for OSA. You lack the professionalism to be an OSA and if you were to become an OSA it would show how the O5 council has fallen so low to having to employ who lacks the integrity to even hold a Cl4 position.

You need to simply realize what you did was wrong and that unless you show that you have committed yourself to making a change in your behavior and attitude then maybe people might give you a chance but after a not even a week applying for a junior cl4 position after being denied SA and being demoted for E-11 LT now that's rich even coming from you.

After your replies to a -support on your SA application I don't think you are ready for a CL4 position until you have shown to have changed your attitude, on top of this you were also demoted from E-11 LT which doesn't bode well for you. Good luck
