<WARNINGS>
Primarily the reason why I am applying for Site Administration is because I have been around for over 2 years now and not holding a single Sr. CL4 role but many Jr. CL4 roles in different fields never really getting to the point to progress to a Sr. CL4 I think it's the perfect time that I progress into one now, this is not the only reason why I am applying I also want to attempt at Diplomacy and this is really the only position that handles it directly as a primary duty, I find managing relations between groups of interest quite interesting as I've seen it happening but never really had the clearance to get involved but with this position I can. Another reason
is that from holding roles like Ethics Committee Assistant and Internal Security Inspector I have had a a lot of experience with policy's and I have seen a few changes that can be made with them, but as of current I don't really have the power to change them but as this is one of Site Administrations duty I think it's a good idea to be a part of Site Administration to change them with the approval of site command of course.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:is that from holding roles like Ethics Committee Assistant and Internal Security Inspector I have had a a lot of experience with policy's and I have seen a few changes that can be made with them, but as of current I don't really have the power to change them but as this is one of Site Administrations duty I think it's a good idea to be a part of Site Administration to change them with the approval of site command of course.
Experience
So, firstly I would like to start with mentioning my strongest point which is my past experience within the foundation, starting with my most recent position, Ethics Committee Assistant which I have now held for almost 2 months and recently did my first tribunal as a judge with the help of Ex Chairman Takeshi Nakumura which was very successful and have been conducting orders for the committee to the best of my ability. Moving on to my last position Internal Security Inspector which I held for over 4 months with no outlying issues, conducting my duties as an Internal Security Inspector as normal nothing majorly impressive like most of my positions really. Then we have E-11 Lieutenant which 1/2 positions I've held that have had a issue resulting in my demotion, I was demoted from this position of unprofessionalism regarding a response to an application but shortly after a while I was promoted back to the position with no further issues, after that we have Overseer Assistant which in my opinion I did a satisfactory job at getting orders done for the council and creating documents mostly for orders so overall not bad, then we have General Security Captain which I didn't hold for very long until by reassignment to Overseer Assistant but for the short time I was in this position I gained a lot of experience in what I like to call an entry level department e.g. work with CL1 within your department it was definitely a valuable position. Moving on we have Internal Affairs Ambassador which is by far not my best position, I held this position for a little while until my demotion for lack of work, but this was my first CL4 position and since then I have learned from my mistakes.
Knowledge
This also ties in with my experience within different positions across the site, starting with my knowledge of site wide policies due to my experience currently holding Ethics Committee Assistant and formally holding Internal Security Inspector which these 2 positions work very close with site wide policies e.g. Ethics Committee Assistant needs to sign off and give approval on research tests requiring ethical testing parameters and knowledge of Research policy's is a must have when being an ECA, then Internal Security Inspector works closely with policies like the Zone Jurisdiction Policy and other departmental policies to insure they are being followed.
Roleplay
Throughout my time within the foundation a haven't created/lead much large scale RP primarily more smaller ones e.g. Tribunals (Defence and Judge) as Internal Affairs Ambassador and Ethics Committee Assistant , UNGOC sampling tests, arrests and internal raids on departments as Internal Security Inspector, would say when it comes to RP I tend to get involved and usually I would stay away from the creation but as of recent I'm putting more effort into it and this position will give me more opportunity's to do so.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:- Appointment of Department Directors for all departments (ISD and Research are appointed by Ethics and O5 respectively)
- Appointment of MTF Commanders (Exception of A1 / O1)
- Appointment and management of Site Administration Staff
- Management of all departments and performance
- Tribunal of staff for lower level offenses and impartial judiciary on behalf of ISD for investigations when approved by the Ethics Committee.
- Authorization of tests that do not require ethical testing parameters
- Management/creation of Site Wide Policies liaising with Site Command
- Authorization of Advanced Armory Usage
- Creation/Leading of RP
- Authorization of part site closure (for trainings / events)
- Audits of departments failing
- Reviews of Departments
- Supervise GOI Relations for the site (Diplomacy)
- Management of on-site emergencies e.g. Authorise Advanced Armory, Site Wide Lockdowns
- First point of contact for departments
