Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
Since I’ve started playing on CivilNetworks, the General Security Department has always interested, I have never really gotten into other Departments that would have interested me besides OSA and ISD, aswell as it's the first Department I obtained a Clearance 4 position in. GSD has done so much for me, but now it is time for me to step up and do something for it. I believe that I harbor the necessary capabilities to act as a Chief of Security.
I wish to lead Gensec and to improve roleplay and more opportunities for GSD outside of Class-D Block, not just the endless loop of standing around waiting for Researchers to show up. RP is a big part of this server and in my opinion GSD could use more opportunities for RP, especially since its a Department where new players join that maybe arent as experienced in roleplaying and don't know how to create rp on their own.
Additionally I believe a lot of Documentation needs to be updated and policies reviewed, and I'd like to improve GSD from an Administrative standpoint aswell. I have several new policies I would like to present to the fellow Chief and Site Administration. These include new possibilites for RP between Class-D personnel, GSD and the rest of Site-65.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
I am a long standing Captain, serving for about 6 smonths and in that time I have the shown that I posses necessary skills to become a Chief: In past I have been one of the most active captains, being on Site all day ensuring GSD operations go flawlessly during the day; ensuring POI’s are manned, sweeps are led and Research continues.
Additionally I've hosted numerous try-outs and training to improve morale and expand our roster of Response and Containment Units as well as resolving tensions and arguments between individuals, be it in or outside GSD. I've been trying to be a guidance to all Security personnel, I've helped anyone from Cadets to sometimes even other Captains but also people outside GSD.

Recently, I have been assigned to take responsibility for a General Security Subdivision by the name of ‘Security Guardians’ where I was able to showcase my Leadership skills by building it from the Ground up. I have written almost all the SG protocols, ranks & systems you can see, this gives me an advantage as I am already acustomed to writing policies & personnel management.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
- Hiring new captains.
- Approving new Sergeants to be interviewed.
- Managing Interdepartmental relations and contracts/projects.
- Managing the General Security Department.
- Introduce new policies and projects.
- Supervise sub-divisions.
- Take orders from Site Administration.
- Act as a guide for all Gensec, from Cadet up to Captain.
- Organize meetings with Captains.
- Be a RP leader.
- Authorizing Mass Termination of Class-D’s.
