Description: Interdimensional cartographer Zeff Willcox is an anomalous 190 Centimeter 90 Kilogram amalgam of technology, and flesh created through a partially failed cure that was later modified by Marshal Carter & Dark Salesman London HQ through thus far unknown anomalous means, they mixed SCP-██████ with SCP-██████ creating UNIT-C-██████ which is a theoretical cure for the viruses SCP-610, and SCP-217 that was created in an attempt to cure Interdimensional cartographer Zeff Willcox causing the following physical deformities.
The head has a constant clockwork halo floating over it constantly clicking,
His face is malformed, similarly seen in GoI the Serpents hand Proto-false angles, created through Proto-sarkist rituals,
His body is now covered in anomalous runes, and whatever UNIT-C-██████ has had has caused the cartographer to be designated TYPE: ORANGE
History:
Inauguration into site-65: Interdimensional cartographer Zeff Willcox was inaugurated into SITE-65 after a long redacted history at site [REDACTED] before the O5-? ‘The Amb?????’ invited him to SITE-65 as a part of project ‘Biofrost’ in order to assist with dimensional experimentation.
Before The Foundation: Zeff Willcox was a very smart researcher, he was in university for interdimensional physics, molecular biology, and engineering which he exceeded it though because of his strict up bringing his A- scores on all subjects caused him to believe he was worthless, and a failure though he was among the top researchers in his field in the world, and as such he was sought out for project biofrost.
During The foundation: After four years of service the cartographer began to ask more, seeing classified SCP’s like 008, 682, and so on and began asking. First he asked if 008 was the smallest number so he thought it would have the smallest effect.. How wrong he was SCP-008 a prion was directly in his field of biology, thus experimentation began vigorous to the path of curing 008, first he attempted to do it on samples, it was safety first that was in high demand, and thus safety is what occurred, and due to the state of duality the infected cells existed in, both healthy and not it allowed the immune system of the d-class subject to react, and with the notorious weakness of prions against the immune system, once it was detected the body began fighting and thus the d-class returned from infection… He was the first to do what none other could. But with his work he forgot his health, he was diagnosed with Hereditary cancer syndrome, and as such his lungs were replaced before he had joined the foundation with a car engine this was done by welding a car engine to his entire rib cage, and stripping it of many of its vital parts and replacing them with lighter though corrodible metals decreasing the weight of the engine and having its purpose replaced to be that of a lung. . it worked but eventually the cancer entered other organs causing him to go to site-12 which tried to treat him through turning him into an amalgam of a treatment similar to the flesh that hates, and the clockwork virus which merely combatted with his already ruined genes, and as such MC&D saw importance in him that this may actually be something that happens to their clients, and thus they offered to treat him and through vigorous experimentation they created what cured him turning him into what is now considered a fallen angle. . a type orange: the mixture of SCP-██████, and SCP-██████ which both have the effects that caused him to gain his chimera like abilities and technological manipulation, how? they changed the very structure of his Hume field allowing it to be manipulated similarly to a thaumaturge becoming as innate as breathing to the cartographer.
Events leading to his transfer(s): Site manager McDuffy alongside site advisor Fujima who directed his transfer to site twelve. Site twelve attempted to mix anomalous means to treat him causing the creation of viruses similar to the flesh that hates, and the clockwork virus that spared slower, these were used in hopes to cause the cancerous cells to be removed and perhaps repair his DNA though all this caused was further damage to his body, causing him to reach out to Marshal Carders & dark salesmen who willingly took them believing that if they cured this infection (a very aggressive anomalous one) that they would be able to cure their clients of cancer, thus they took Zeff Willcox on for free. . . of course there was a price, and that could've been his life though thankfully it went along surprisingly well allowing him to survive and return to site 65.

Technomancy (He is capable of minor, and with much hume energy and preparation major feats of technological manipulation)
Chimera, (He is capable of switching, removing, and upgrading parts of his body.)
How: Now you may ask, How did the cartographer gain these abilities? To cure the cartographer the SCP’s involved cause one to become a type orange, and their mixture creating a technological-chimeral amalgam ‘core’ inside of the cartographer which now functions as his organ system, meaning any damage to it can be fatal has granted him the abilities of type orange, allowing him to amalgamate himself into different beasts with his chimera magic, and technomancy.
