I have some years in the Gmod Community Across Star Wars RPs around 7 Years ago and FalloutRPs around 5 Years ago. I also for an extended amount of time worked with an Space Engineers Community to create events for there Public and supporter servers as well as admin work.
Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
I have Experience in Dupe creation based on the Event, as well as PAC3 creations. In regards to the dupe creation on the Previously mentioned FalloutRP there as an Arena event where I constructed an arena for the Players to fight things like Deathclaws, Mirelurks etc.. With spectator stands and betting stations that where manned by other event coordinators.
I have good experience with Pac3 but I am continuing to learn how to better and better integrate it with RP and events, recently I'm working on a "Player Event" where (actually organically which i love) I was approached by one of my E-11 and they wanted to near kill me due to there TraitorRP I said sure and I created a "Broken" Pac of my Char since they are a robot, with only 1 Distress call the RnD found me and in RP put an Experimental Thaumatic metal inside me which has now lead to me essentially becoming a hivemind of Nano-Bots and ill explode in 7 Days if we don't preform a ritual. I'm working on a PAC3 to help visualise the ritual and the effect it will have on my Char. Ovs lots of other people are now involved and the RP has turned into a minor event of sorts, kinda crazy.

This would be an Event Set within D Block Maintenance Cupboard thing. It would consist of an Announcement over ETS comms to any Techie that there is a power surge in D Block Maintenance Cupboard, upon them reaching the Cupboard they would be greeted with a sparking surge protector and a transformer. As soon as someone enters the room it surges again and another Announcement goes off that a fire is Detected in D Block.
This would prompt GSD to help contain the flames which can be doused via RP or with water from the Chemical Labs. From there, a bit of smoke with then linger in D block for the next 20min-30mins and any techies would be prompted to help repair the surge. (Smoke may also find its way into D Block where the D class are if left alone though its contained to the closet)
This would be made using either PAC3 or ingame assets. More then likely a mix of the two just so that people who have it off, have a point of reference

"Signal Mast"
CI Comms has been spotty for a little bit with Radio static here and there, and random artifacts of signal here and there. An automated diagnostic can be preformed in which it will trance it back to the radio tower, when one of the CI get to the tower there will be a beeping, with some investigating a strange device will be plugged into the radio tower. With some roles the device can be removed as the Initials A/E will be inscribed on it.
It would end with the radio returning to normal and the device is up to the CI what they wish do use it for. But it will begin to degrade after 10mins and then catch fire after that period has passed.
This will utilise In game assets as well as the prop designation thing that allows you to put descriptions on a prop.
Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
"Supply Cashe Down"
A GOC Helicopter crashes on the ice lake, and a distress signal is sent to the GOC near by base. Upon investigation most of the crew of the Helicopter are alive with only 1 fatality or so it looks like. Upon further inspection, the fatality seems to have died from a headshot and the crew are acting shifty, not knowing about some aspects of GOC and wanted to get back to base ASAP.
Littered around the crash site are the supply's which seem to be mostly armour and weaponry but among them is a manifest. The manifest states that they should be transporting MREs not Weapons.
The "GOC" are actually a Heist crew and they where mid escape when there engine failed due to bad weather and they crashed down here, the Event can go multiple directions from here. They can attempt to arrest them, the crew will tern hostile. But if they interrogate one they will spill the beans and say that it was "Just a Job" but if they manage to escape they will call in on open comms an extract team in which a jeep will turn up after 5mins. Get the crew and get them off map, where the event will end.
If all the crew are terminated a rumble can be heard from the wreckage. As an anomalous bomb goes off and hume bubble will appear in the wreckage for some time after its done
This event aims to give both RP and Combative aspects to GOC as there are an wide verity of players that play that faction. As such the beginning is pretty set in stone but the ending can very depending on the players choices throughout
This will utilize multiple dupes and effects, not mentioning the Armor and will require some other participants to be involved as the rest of the crew.

"The Lonely Flowers"
A Flower will start to sprout just inside of CI Garage, it would seem like an ordinary purple flower. If the flower is destroyed, two more flowers will bloom somewhere else in the garage. And so forth until they get to 6 total flowers where they will stop populating. The flowers will then start to bloom in a line on the CI Roadway and start seeping around the base, people who interacted with the flowers will start to have chest pains and strange hallucinations.
The Symptoms will dissipate when not within 10ft of a flower for 1 minute, the flowers will slowly start to die off until 1 remains in which A light can be seen getting brighter and blighter. If the flower is destroyed it will explode and spray chemicals over the floor, and that will be the anomaly terminated.
Here much Like the other ones its very dependent on player actions as they are more like guidelines as events can go off the rails and deviate depending on the situation they are in.
Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:
"Holding Zone"
A Radio Signal will be broadcast over open comms but direct to the Foundation. It will state that due to unexpected weather activities they have had to divert from Site 64 as there shipment was going to Site-80. The shipment is are 2 Sets of Armoured Jeeps and a Lorry.
MTF Epsilon-6 will be escorting the transfer as they are being transferred to the other site and Administration thought to "Kill 2 Birds with one stone" and send them as the primary escort.
They will begin the dismount and unload the various anomalous items where it will be requested that they use the underground train system. In which they will need to inspect and check that all of the contents is still secure. As such they will request a room within the Foundation and Bio-Haz to check each of the contence. Upon checking threw them. One of the crates would have a sizable hole in the bottom and green slime.
Upon checking there manifest of all the SCPs one of the as yet to be classified SCPs would have broken containment.
This SCP would be described as a small Slime like being with one huge eye. While it may act cute anyone who touches it or it touches immidiatly comes under its influences. It will compel the individual to love and nurcher for it and to bring it to the lowest point it can find. If it reaches that stage it will drill into the ground and begin its replication process and escape.
It can be contained by luring it into a (Now metal) Crate with Some type of sugary treat much like 999.
Once it has been re-contained the group will pick back up again and go to HCZ train port and then depart.
This event will involved multiple people for the event and utilize some Ingame assets and Mostly PAC3 for the Slime. I think while its good RP event it also brings some urgency as the site will need to get them on there way ASAP and also Re-contain the escaped asset and stop the Congitoharzard spread.
Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
Cyberform ACT 1: The Sappling
A massive surge of Humes would be detected on the surface by all factions, the epicentre would be a small what (At the time) Stick of metal poking out the ground, with the first person investigating there would be a background hume level slightly above average but nothing out of the ordinary. But if someone touches it, they would instantly turn into a metal statue, that would rapidly degrade and rust collapsing to the ground, while the stick grows into a sapling. Now a Shiny Silver sapling is left in its place and a patch of what looks like to be the same metal on a small splotch on the ground, stepping on this would have the same effect.
Then Humes would spike and another one of these saplings would sprout itself in HCZ or LCZ (Making sure its a blank space so as to not disrupt normal duties etc).
This sapling would have much the same abilities and effects.
At this point the two saplings would start glowing and a massive laser would shoot into the sky, then Cerve and plummet to the ground and an portal would open. At the same time the same thing would happen to the other one but the light would impact a wall and open it on there.
Inside of this dimension there would be a misty dark landscape much like 106s dimension but these trees would litter the ground with a Huge one in the middle, after a little while some screams can be heard and zombies will begin to attack, but they would be mechanical in nature. This would escalate until a rumble envelops the landscape and huge mechanical beast would emerge from the centre acting like a boss creature. It would do more knockback then actual damage but still pack a punch.
After its defeated the dimention would begin to destabilise and a prompt will show to evacuate. All who don't will be evaporated and the portals would close. But the Saplings would remain.

Then, one large earthquake would hit and large Schisms in reality would open, one on Surface and one near to where the other tree is.
Emerging from them would be the same zombies seen in the other dimension but this time they would be in the real world. As they go, they would spread more and more of the saplings (Though not to many to save on server performance etc) then once a good amount of time as passed 2 Huge mechanical beings would show up one from each portal. These will be the "Bosses" of this ACT. They have essentially built in AA and laser cannons but for the sake of fun the aim will be shit. Though not shit enough no one will die, otherwise no fear factor.
The Players will need to stand and defend "Plates" That have now formed around the map which seem to be anchors that keep the schisms open.
When they are defeated there cores will be left. These can be interacted with and can be researched by the several faction of having the same properties as the trees but its triggered by an electric pulse. Though the trees now being dissolved this is the only source of what once was there power.
The research can go on for a little bit (30mins) then the cores will shut down for hibernation.
So that is the Major event, it will utilise PAC3 and in game assets to create the illusions of this big army coming. Though will need to be tested before hand to see how performance takes it as the event is not fun if its a slide show. This event aims to cater to all factions and can even see that factions may trade the bounty's of the event.
An epilogue of sorts may follow as the cores are extracted to another site a day later. Though this depends on external factors and if the cores are with the same faction etc say may be 2 separate mini-events.
What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
Two major factors in my eyes, the first one is railroading. For those who do not know, its when a storyline has no fixability to player actions. This in turn makes the players not feel like the main characters because for most events that should be the case. Events should be built to start off a way but then from there should be allowed to adapt and change depending on player choices. And only key events should be set in stone.
The Second is Performance. An event is no good if its PowerPoint simulator. Its finding that sweet spot between performance and visuals. This is what i strive for not just in my events but for general stuff like my personal Pac3 etc.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I wish to learn more about the tools that event masters use since in my time in Gmod ive not seen alot of these tools used. But more importantly I want to bring more events to the community and help others with there own CharactorRP. Helping out different factions to feel more immersed in the world around them and making to that they feel like they are a main character of there own story.
