-Recently one, for toxicity. I was talking slurs to myself in ingame chat and got banned for it for a week but after the ban appeal, it was changed to 24-ish hours.
I think there were others like RDM and such, but it was years ago when I started, so neither do I remember nor did I check. Will do that though.
Why are you applying for Security Captain?
-Mainly, I have heard that currently GSD is in need of new captains and are looking to recruit and with me already having 3 years of experience in the field and having spent some time as GSD Sergeant, I have already met a lot of requirements to be one. I think that now, more than ever, it will be a good time to finally climb the ladder and help GSD even more.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- Outside the aforementioned experience, I'm a flexible leader, which has as of now proved to be very effective with all kinds of Gensec you can meet in D block. Being able to adapt accordingly to what Gensec you currently have with you is very helpful in cases of more serious GSDs and the more silly ones. While I do like to joke around from time to time, I can also be very serious about my job when needed, even too serious at times. I also have a bit of experience with writing documents and projects with most of my work currently being used for MC&D (Lakehouse). There is also tactical thinking, but I think more of it as a requirement than a trait. I could also say that I am stubborn in most cases, but this is not always a good thing... I'm not really good at characterizing myself, I would rather show it in practice. *Turns around to check for any O-1 and ISD* No? Ok good... I'm also loyal to GSD, more than to other "Departments",Gensec always had a place in my heart, and I will leave it at that.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
-Supervising and leading lower ranking GSD in their day-to-day duties.
-Assigning posts in D block and other areas if needed.
-Making sure the tests and escorts are run smoothly and without incident on GSDs part.
-Teaching GSDs about their duties and giving them tips.
-Assigning partols to response units, patrol kits and SCU.
-Making sure the troublemakers are dealt with accordingly.
-Leading sweeps.
-Helping chief with whatever he/she needs help with.
-Killing a lot of rogue D class.
-Responding and leading GSD during situations like code 1 or 5.
-Acting as a direct representative of GSD.
-Helping with recruitment of sergeants.
-Doing tryouts for heavy weapons and riot control license.
-Making trainings for GSD every now and then.
-Being an example for cadets.
-Locking and unlocking blastdoors if need be.
-Giving access to AA if need be.
-Killing every CI you meet.
-Writing GSD documents.
-Making GSD presentations and lectures if need be.
-Getting scolded by command if something goes wrong.
-NOT getting kidnapped by D class.

Charles Lupin joined the SCP Foundation as a junior researcher, with specialization and experience in chemistry. He was mainly helping with handling low clearance chemicals and samples and assisting Foundation chemists, but soon proved to be good enough to handle anomalous objects and chemicals himself. It did not take long before Charles was promoted to Researcher. While known to be a rather competent researcher Charles was soon found by at the time named, Department of Internal Affairs illegally possessing and selling high level clearance chemicals to Foundation staff which earned him the nickname "Dealer" from his coworkers, as a disciplinary action Lupin was moved and demoted to a General Security Cadet for few weeks, suprisingly Lupin seemed to have liked his time as cadet even more suprisingly he proved to be a very effective cadet, in the end Lupin's disiplinary action was prolonged at his own request, Seeing that Lupin seems to be more effective and cooperative as a gensec member it has been chosen to leave him at his current role, leaving his research career to persue his ambitions in general security, it did not take long before Lupin was promoted to a guard later officer and after having both of his licenses a Sergeant.

What started as a very empathetic and hopeful person now over the years of working for the Foundation became rather cynical and pessimistic, hiding his regrets and anger with dark humored and inappropriate jokes paired with stubbornness and honesty often landed him in trouble, he's also rather cunning but in the end it cannot be denied that Lupin can at will become a very focused and disciplined person doing what has to be done no matter the cost, the how or all his complaints and jokes, not forgetting about the effectiveness, while most of his coworkers would often describe him as cold and cruel with sick sense of humors, most of the people who came to know him better cannot help but to describe him as rather caring, helpful and respectful with just a really weird sense of good and bad, currently his rather gray morals and most often than not indiffrence to human death earned him anger managment classes and medication at ISD's request. While he's sometimes acting weird, still his loyalty and dedication earned him a spot among Foundation.

Past :
Charles Lupin at first known as Wojciech Wilkowski, was a student chemist at Polish University in Kraków. During his time in the university, he managed to acquire an anomalous chemical of unknown origin, presumably from MC&D although that has not been confirmed. While trying to study the chemical, due to what can only be described as inexperience with anomalous, an incident happened at the university that led to the death of over 12 people who were currently stationed there. In short from what was described by both Wojciech and a few witnesses left alive, the chemical proved to be very unstable and during chemical reactions testing one of the chemicals caused a reaction that created an anomalous event covering most of the university grounds. Hume levels of that had been recorded to be at one point over 350 alerting Foundation about the whole event. Everything in range of this event was drastically changing with reality seeming to break on itself, The geometry of the university started changing with anomalous phenomena appearing all over the area, but when Foundation arrived at the scene, the event seemed to be nothing but history. With reality restoring itself the university was stable once again. While most of the structure was damaged with everything inside, and some of the bodies are still not recovered, the Foundation managed to restore the university and a cover-up story was created for the public, listing it as a major explosion caused by a gas leak in at the time university's old pipe system. It is unknown how the reaction came to stop, it is suspected that Wojciech himself managed to somehow stop the reaction, but he possesses no memory of what happened during the event from the start of the reaction all the way to the moment he was awakened at local Foundation outpost, Wojciech was interrogated on what happened after he regained his health, he has proven to be very cooperative and after finding out what happened showed a lot of regret about his choices, he was to be amnesticated and returned to the population but due to an error he seemed to be already pronouced as dead in the accident, to avoid further problems and due to Wojciechs already exsisting experience in chemistry and now anomalous chemistry he has been offered a job as a junior researcher at the SCP Foundation and a new identity wich he gladly accepted, he now lives in and for the Foundation as Dr.Charles Lupin with no alive family members and his own country thinking of him as dead there is no other place for him to place his loyalties and work on his wrongdoings than Foundation.
