NLR would have been when I was on D Class and went back to showers after death and continued a situation
Job Abuse would have been hopping on D Class while CI were raiding in showers and attacking them
Fail RP was picking up a keycard while cuffed
Job Abuse was switching to Techie to repair garage door then swapping back to Nu-7

Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?

I am applying for Director of External Affairs because throughout my time as DEA Manager I have grown to understand and enjoy DEA far more than I have ever, I feel that I understand how DEA should function as a department and how to improve the department as a whole through innovation. Additionally, I feel that I am ready for the responsibilities that come with leading a Department.

What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:

I am suitable for Director of External Affairs because of my prior experience as Nu-7 Commander and my time as DEA Manager I have done plenty of RP with the UNGOC and within the site with different departments such as Medical. This firstly shows that I have prior experience managing and leading a large group of people from my time with Nu-7 and it shows that during my time within DEA I have been able to create my own RP which is a main requirement for DEA as we try to move ourselves into a more RP focused department than the combat one it has been for some time.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP?:

The responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP is to ensure that firstly the department is up to standard and is all correctly functioning. Additionally, some of the other responsibilities is to promote people within the Department to the ranks of Senior Agent, Special Agent and Manager. Furthermore, for the promotion of Special Agent it is up to the Managers and Directors to review the forum applications for Special Agent and then deciding on an outcome for the application, if this is a successful outcome they are then to conduct the interview for the position in game via a meeting.

Moving on it is also important that the Director of External Affairs is present and up to date with all of the relations with the different GOIs within the local area as the relations with these different GOIs is one of DEAs main duties which means that the Director must be up to date and actively ensuring that these relations are in the best interest for the Foundation.

Another responsibility for the Director of External Affairs is to be teaching the other Clearance Level 4 DEA members new skills and information that they will need if they want to continue moving up the ranks within DEA as it is a main priority to ensure that the CL4 members of DEA are the best they can be and it is the job of the Director to ensure this.

You say you have done plenty of RP but fail to list any actual examples outside of UNGOC and medical. Some actual explanations of your RP would be great, and for your responsibility question, all you have mentioned are OOC duties but none of the IC ones. You even put "In RP" and then failed to list any actual in-RP responsibilities, and for your lore there is just a basic personnel file. No storylines – you don't seem to want to run anything. It seems like you would just be another placeholder in the position, not actually achieving anything of note. For now I'm going to be neutral, but this application for such a big position is not that good.

Would love to see some actual plans for DEA other than a poor application that does nothing but make me think you would sit in the position and change nothing for the actual benefit of the department.
