Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Yes, I have received some warnings and bans.

• I have received 7 (expired) RDM warnings for a variety of reasons, mainly for killing when I believed I had a valid RP reason to. Some of these warnings are detailed on forums appeals, and most are when I was newer to the server. Since my last RDM warning was received (which was the ban, about 2 months ago), I have changed my playstyle to lean more heavily towards roleplay and have changed my behavior.
• One RDM ban. This was a situation after I was already at a high class of RDM warnings, and killed a fellow O1 member right outside of bunks. I had killed them for pointing a gun at an ECM while they were disguised - they respawned, came back, pointed a gun at me again, and I shot them. This was a poor judgement, considering they were not trying to gain any advantage while having me under gunpoint. Here's the appeal for that. This is currently my last issued RDM warning.
• One MRDM ban issued a bit over a month ago. This was completely unintentional and was the result of a bug - the appeal was accepted and the ban was reduced. Here's the appeal for that. Despite the SL response on this appeal indicating they believe I intentionally did this, if you take my word for it, it most definitely was not intentional by any means.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:

Given my experience as an Ambassador and in Omega-1, I have grown very familiar with the Foundation Legal Codex (along with other departmental policies) and the Ethics Committee. I strive to professionally assist in leading my department and executing investigations as an Ambassador, as can be shown with Operation Abila, an investigation I executed as I transitioned from an Agent to an Ambassador position. I am very active on-site in my current CL4 position and will strive to be just as active as an Assistant if accepted.

Over the past 2 months, I have transitioned into effective non-combative roleplay, a stark contrast to my earlier positions in only MTFs. This experience grants me valuable knowledge and familiarity with how the Site functions on a day-to-day basis.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

The primary responsibility of an Ethics Committee Assistant in roleplay are to act as the eyes and ears of the Ethics Committee, reporting violations and actions of CL4 personnel back to the committee. More generally, their responsibility is following any taskings the Ethics Committee may give - whether members are on or off-site.

Otherwise, if they are not following a tasking by the Ethics Committee, they have a few auxiliary responsibilities:

• Enforcing the Foundation Legal Codex. This is a similar responsibility to that of IA. ECAs can be more specialized in terms of sensitive situations (senior CL3/CL4 violations)
• Executing or assisting with investigations/tribunals on eligible personnel for violations of the Foundation Legal Codex. This is primarily for smaller cases not being handled by a member.
• Clarifying any questions personnel may have about the Legal Codex.
• Assisting MTF Omega-1 if necessary.
