What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have good knowledge of the FLC, CoC, CoE and other site policies. I am a junior CL4 currently in the form of a GSD Captain, which I am holding. I have experience with tryouts, and other form of server bureaucracy thanks to this; examples:
- Cabinets, creating documents (work doc/training docs/lectures/etc.)
- Hosting Tryouts for RRT/HWL
- Dealing with Site affairs (issues between the personnel I'm entrusted with)
- Logging, PTs, etc.
In addition, during my time as Nu-7 (I spent around 3 weeks in the regiment), I would document and help with tryouts alongside Noah if need be (Mason would crash a lot, haha) but also escort CL4+ (Site Admin) personnel as a Guardian Angel, which certainly gave me experience regarding their conduct and internals, I've transferred to E-11 since then.
Inside of E-11 I've worked extensively in recent days on Status Operation: Paperwork, creating multiple-page documents for HCZ SCP procedures:
SCP-079 : EXCELLENT
SCP-966: GOOD
SCP-8837: EXCELLENT (fringe on EXEMPLARY)
SCP-457: EXCELLENT
These contributions have been logged in E-11 Operations channels on Discord and acknowledged by ECM. I have sources such as clips/pics for all the ratings

Thanks to my junior CL4 positions, I have knowledge of *all* site policies, be it jurisdiction policies, evacuation procedures, or others necessary to fulfill my role. I've played a lot of IA for some time, I believe my knowledge of the FLC and other codes is adequate for this position.
I've spent over 7+ years doing RP (Yes. And it's how I developed my English to the level it is at today.), mostly SRP aswell, I have experience writing stories/documents/etc. While I have been punished (albeit not striked or anything) before and I am no angel, I am willing to admit it; but under no circumstance would I ever compromise the integrity, professionalism and other values of the Foundation or my words as an OSA. I am willing to contribue to the server and the Foundation's growth in every way possible. I am infatuated with both the "ethical" and "unethical" sides of the spectrum when it comes to carrying out Foundational duties.
With that experience of RP, comes the additional experience of crafting RP, of whatever variety, I've been a DM/GM more than once in my life through many platforms and ways of RPing.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
1. Communication between you and Overseers to ensure events on site are documented, reported and noted at all times. You are their 2nd pair of eyes.
2. Showing *extensive* knowledge of the FLC and the Site's policies on every level.
3. Serving as the first point of contact between O5 and Foundation Staff
4. Interrogation, investigation, observation of other departments and site activity in order to ensure complacency with the Code of Conduct
5. Signing documents, etc. instead of Overseers in order to not info-breach a Overseer's name.
6. Being unconditionally professional on the job, while serving as a role-model for the whole Site.
7. Creating High-Quality RP, and letting the rest of the Site be involved in it. Regardless of what it is (testing, or perhaps something more).
8. Maintaining F3, if no Overseer is available on-site, it's up to you to ensure that Floor 3 is fixed, safe, A-1 is manning it accordingly, etc.
Summing up, this list I provided is non-exhaustive, we, the OSA, act as the middle-men and eyes of the O5 Council, ensuring site-wide safety and protection, warning the Overseers in advance of any possible threats on-site, and giving our lives to serve the Council.
